Loved the family balcony room that we had. Since Paris is known for small rooms, this room size was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was good, cheese, fruit, croissant and more. The staff is really friendly. At night my kids needed something to drink and they had stuff you can buy by the receptionist desk which is so convenient.

Great stay. Very kind staff. Delicious bakery across the street. 8 minute walk to metro into the city centre. The breakfast was wonderful. Coffee/espresso machine available at all times. Able to leave luggage if you arrive before check in. Washing machine available for 5 euros per load and dryer is 4 euros per load. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in room. Would definitely recommend.

Room is clean. Breakfast is nice. Easy to get Uber to get to anywhere in Paris. Train station is about 7-min walk. Fitness center is actually a gym next door "Magic Form", which opens at 8:00am. Still a good value stay.

Nice hotel with just a few problems

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really nice, but the breakfast room is too small. It takes only a few families to completely fill it up, at which point it becomes loud and awkward. The neighborhood is great, but there is no metro stop very near, so you either have to walk a great deal or take a bus or tram. Both options are good and convenient, but they add extra time to your journey. We ended up taking Uber a lot to avoid the hassle.

It was a perfect fit four our family of four. Our teens had their own twin bed, while we had our own queen bed. The room was roomie and I loved our mini kitchen. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I love how they provide you with free suitcase check in so you can start exploring Paris while our room gets ready for check in or check out too! There is also a little market next to the hotel, lots of restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance that fit our family needs. We would love to stay here again. Paris engraved in our hearts :~) forever!

Extremely nice hotel near many shops and restaurants. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a quick market right outside the hotel. The service was exceptional. The only downfall was breakfast was the same everyday with no variations. They served yogurt, eggs, bacon, fruits, cheeses, meats, veggies, and pastries.

the property was fine. the hotel was nicely located between metro stops above and below ground so we were easily able to get around. I would stay again. My only complaint is that the coffee is terrible. I think the milk in the machine is actually powdered milk. I was disappointing. My showerhead broke off the shower the last night we were there but that was clearly not planned. just something that happened. I informed the staff and they were very apologetic. I would probably stay there again.
