This property was excellent in all ways. The building and apartments are uniquely Paris in design. The location was so convenient to everything one needs. The staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Paris.

This is a really lovely property. Perfectly clean, thoughtfully and freshly decorated, comfortable temperature and unbelievably peaceful while also being centrally located - walking distance to both Sacré-Coeur and the museum district. The suggestions in the guest guide are well worth a look. I enjoyed the suggested walking routes in particular. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The kitchen included helpful things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

Great location, clean, and wonderful management

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. My return speaks volumes. This property is very well kept, clean, and the management is very helpful and friendly. It's 9th arrondissement location is very convenient and is near many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options are good. Very reasonable price for the size of the property. The only con is that this is an old building and their wooden floors are very thin. I can hear people talking and walking around upstairs and both times I've stayed, I was awoken by loud guests upstairs. Some people just need to learn to be more considerate. I can see myself return to this property during cooler months as I have been, but can't see myself staying during the hot summer months since I dont see any air conditioning. I will return again in the future for our family stays since this property offers two bedroom apartments.

The manager and the administration was great and very attentive. They took very good care of me and my family. The area is nice and safe with many stores close to it. Train stations are very close and accessible.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Residence Bergere. Everything was conveniently located within a short walking distance. While the accommodation was nice, we were kind of annoyed by the squeaky wooden floor planks, with every step we took. I guess it goes with the charm of the classic apartment feel. Didn't cook during our stay, but the mini kitchen was full equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem in Paris

Great studio apartment, clean, safe and very comfortable. Conveniently located in the 9th arrondissement and walkable to most attractions like the Louvre, l’orangerie, sacré cœur. We loved staying here! Amazing location with walking access to major attractions and metro access. Really appreciated having such a well equipped kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So happy with this choice of apartment! The customer service was impeccable, thank you to Alexis for being so responsive and helpful. We were able to store our bags early which was so appreciated. Our family of five had a great stay at Residence Bergere in March 2024. The two-bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and well kept. The pull-out couch was very nice and worked well for our oldest child. It is also conveniently located a short walk away from the Grands Boulevard metro station. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Paris.

Our stay in this Paris apartment was absolutely wonderful! The space was impeccably clean and provided the perfect setup for me and my four sisters to enjoy a much-needed getaway together. The layout was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only small downside was the 80 steps to reach the apartment—definitely a workout! But after indulging in endless baguettes, cheese, and wine, we saw it as a welcomed bit of exercise. Plus, the charm and location of the apartment made it all worthwhile. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained spot in Paris for a group trip, this is a fantastic choice. Just be ready for a little stair-climbing adventure! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, great stay for two!

Great location! Close to so many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars, shopping and site seeing. Highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future and recommending to my friends and family. If I had to list a few things to consider - Shower in our bathroom was rather small, but had great water pressure. We had perfect weather so I can’t comment on how the heating and cooling was, we never used them, but the units seemed small. Not much else to be concerned with. It’s a quiet getaway from the bustling streets of Paris but it’s in a perfect location for night life and dining options.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Bergere. Our apartment was ready before check in, so we were able to check in early (about an hour before normal check in). Alexi, the manager, was very personable. He helped us get our luggage upstairs (we were on 5th floor). There is a lift. The 2 bed/2 bath apartment was very comfortable. Alexi offered suggestions on what to see and offered his WhatsApp contact if we had any questions. He was quick to respond when I had questions about how to use washer/dryer combo. There is a grocery store close by. Metro is about 2 blocks. We were able to walk from residence to Gare Du Nord in less than 20 minutes rather than transport our luggage on metro. We walked to most tourist attractions (Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Sacre Coure, Eiffel Tower and Gallerie Lafayette) from the residence. Restaurants and cafes close by.

Comfortable studio in the 9th

Loved my stay. Well located and easy to navigate Paris from here. The studio is as advertised and is comfortable and spacious by Paris standards. Two minor issues. The first is the exterior of the building which is covered in scaffolding. Not the best curb appeal but that will change and when the scaffolding comes down it will be glorious. The other issue is not so easy to remedy. The noise in the stairwell. It’s as if people talking, playing and shouting are inside the apartment. Fortunately, it didn’t happen late at night. But if it did it would be intolerable. I doubt that anything can be done beyond asking other residents to be quiet in the common areas. Oh well.

Nice lodging with lots of space! My reccomendation definitely goes to Jose, the staff manager that helped me. I booked last minute and he did everything he could to check me in asap; making sure everything was clean and ready for a swift move in. He is very kind; I wanted to do my laundry, but my unit didn’t have a washer/dryer. What he did instead was do my laundry for me…and even folded it. Honestly, hats off to this man. Very good service.

Comfortable stay

The location is the best feature of this property, as it's on a quiet street within very close proximity to great nightlife and restaurants. The apartment was quite comfortable and provided a good amount of room for my family of four. The bathroom was my only gripe, as the shower had terrible water pressure and the temperature was very inconsistent. The sink was also tiny and did not afford enough space to wash your face or rinse after brushing your teeth due to the medicine cabinet getting in the way. However, the bed was very comfortable and my kids did not complain about the pull-out sofa, so that was a plus. Towels could also be refreshed as they were a bit musty. All in all, it was a comfortable stay during our trip to Paris for the Olympics and I'd recommend it if you have a family and need a bit more space than a regular hotel room.
