They are refurbishing at the moment the top 5th floor and will continue over the year to all floors so you hear the workman from 08.30 onwards during the day.

Decent hotel but more a 3 than 4 star
Always good service, clean and good breakfast but the rooms are very basic so really a 3 star hotel in reality. Foreign TV channel choice is really meagre.

The smell in this hotel is exceptional. Never stayed at a hotel that smelled that good. Staff are very friendly. Overall room condition was dated and parking is first come first serve. I would stay again at this hotel.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful view from our room! Breakfast has great variety. Tea was a huge help to us with advice getting easily to Paris. All desk personnel so very polite and eager to help. Highly recommend!

General locality is fairly pleasant. We managed to get one of the free parking spaces provided by the hotel. Breakfast and coffee were good but value for money could have been a bit better. Room was fine although the carpet had some burn marks. Also, we heard a slightly disconcerting sound whilst we were in bed. It sounded like a phone being called whilst on silent (buzzing). We carefully scanned the room to check for any devices - hidden or otherwise, but didn't find anything.

A beautiful hotel, with large rooms for a fair price. But big black point : The breakfast : During the week, it looks ok (not great, but ok for the price). During the week-end, the breakfast is jut a shame for a 4 stars. They bring you a small bag with little items, butter, but no jam or knife, and everything, in very small portions.Obviously, the Covid is responsible !! Ah, ah, ah ! The new excuse. Actually, the management did not want to pay for an extra people to manage the breakfast during week-end.

Quiet and comfy accommodation located in a very charming town close to Paris. Hotel is right next to the grande rue with mouthwatering restaurants including a yummy Lebanese traiteur "Le Cèdre Traiteur".

Overall good, with some flaws
The hotel has clear pros and cons. To be fair, I like it and think it is a truly nice hotel. The room is quite clean and comfortable. The environment surrounding the hotel is fantastic, with good restaurant and shops and beautiful buildings. I am really impressed by Sasha and Joseph (not very sure about the precise spelling though) at the reception, who were very friendly, patient and helpful. However, by contrast, the other person on the reception desk whose name could be Michel, is surprisingly impatient and unfriendly, which is a shame to such a nice hotel. The sink in the bathroom is blocked heavily, which should be systematically sorted out, rather than relying on the cleaning ladies. I believe it has been a problem for a while.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This property is in a great location, near local shopping and restaurants. There is transportation (the metro) close to the hotel that will take you to Paris.

Ryder Cup 2018
We stayed at the hotel to attend the Ryder Cup. We loved the location and the charming small town. Close to Versailles and Paris. Room was spacious and well maintaned

Outside Paris
This was a nice hotel in the center of Plessis-Robinson which met our particular need to be between Versaille and Palaiseau. It's probably not a real convenient place to stay if you're intending to visit Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I thought it was a good value for the property. We had a car and I'm not sure how good public transportation is from the hotel to other surrounding areas. I would certainly consider the hotel if I were in need of a place in this area.

The room was small but comfortable enough. Room service was available 24 hours a day but wasn’t great. Free WiFi available but for streaming it was 3 euros a day.

Excellent hotel 30 mn from Châtelet station
Great hotel in a very quiet and lavishly green(!) area just south of Paris, 15 mn from Versailles. Rooms in excellent condition, beds very comfortable, windows can be opened; breakfast offering is copious and complete. The surroundings make you forget you are actually very close to Paris; the Parc the Vallee du Loup arboretum, a 10 mn walk from the hotel, is worth a visit. Only down: the hotel`s restaurant was closed last April and only offers the breakfast. Plenty of substitutes around though!

Clean and quiet
The room was extremely quiet and with the curtains closed very dark as well so it was easy to sleep (once I got over the jet lag). The bathroom in my room was designed for handicap access and the shower was very inconveniently positioned. Good water pressure and hot water though. The area was completely quiet. So that may be good if that's what you're looking for, but felt deserted to me. Very few restaurants in the area.

I would like to thank for the hotel service. They deliver my clothing left during check out (Nov 10, 2016) and send them back to China on Jan 23, 2016. It was nice and I really recommend this hotel for my next stay. I stop by the hotel on Nov 11 and ask for help, but nothing can be done due to the Bank holiday. I left my name card and they promise to send my clothing back even the location is Shenzhen, China.

Quality 4* hotel
It suited travel to Versailles and Paris while being in an upmarket area. Had my car lock damaged while parked overnight just outside the hotel. Small secure parking 5€ night under the hotel, worth it considering! Breakfast similar day to day, something's unavailable 45mins to the end of the b/fast period. Reception staff very helpful, rooms well presented.

Just Outside Paris If A Slower Pace Appeals
Newer, clean hotel walking distance to small village and restaurants. Pluses: Free parking if you ask in front, perhaps 8 restaurants within 10 minute walk and not the hustle bustle of Paris. Minuses: Surly breakfast staff, minimal fitness room and bar is a ghost town.
