The hotel was a good experience, overall. The hotel concierge was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and we liked how it had a kitchenette for some light cooking.

Standard hotel away from the city centre, the area surrounding is a little bit quiet so keep this in mind if booking. Room was clean and had a small sized kitchen, only downside there was no air condition and the rooms got extremely hot during the day. Breakfast was average with not many choices and the laundry machines did not work when attempted.

Conforto e comodidade.

É um apart hotel ou seja é um flat com cozinha americana, cama e banheiro. Tem tudo para vc ficar como se fosse em uma casa. Tem alguns detalhes como todo lugar, como por exemplo o chuveiro que oscila a temperatura. Um ponto chato é a limpeza que é feita a cada 7 dias! Sim, tive que usar as mesmas toalhas por uma semana. Tem lavanderia com máquina e secadora. A Wi-Fi é muito boa. Não tem ar condicionado só calefação, então se vc for no verão talvez passe calor, tem uma janela no quarto mas a rua tem barulho. Fui na primavera e dormi com a janela meia aberta. Faltou o ar condicionado para ser nota 10.

un bon séjour mais peu mieux faire

Dans l'ensemble un agréable séjour. l'accueil est vraiment top. le seul point négatif pour ma part c'est le tarif que je trouve un peu élevé en plus la chambre ne dispose pas de la clim. étant dans la période de canicule c'était un four la chambre. j'ai vraiment pas réussi à dormir malgré le petit ventilateur mis à disposition. Donc je dirais à léquipe de faire un effort sur le tarif pour s'aligner sur le quartier et trouver une solution pour la clim car c'est pas possible. j'ai mesuré 43 degrés durant mon séjour. Je salue comme même l'accueil client sur les deux femmes à l'accueil : celle du mon arrivée et celle de mon départ (qui à bien voulu récupérer le badge à la voiture)

I spent 4 days with my wife....nothing hasn’t been cleaned....no fan, no air condition....room was extremely hot...bathroom did not get cleaning...shed of bed hasn’t been clean despite my complaint....property staff asked me to pay 10 euros/day for car parking instead of 8 euros as notify in my booking. We spent sad time.....not happy at all

Recomendable sin dudas

Nosotros fuimos dos, mi hija y yo. El lugar es muy bueno. Aunque está ubicado lejos del centro, es recómodo. El Tranvía esta a 50 metros y de ahi luego podes conectar con el metro. Ambos funcionan hasta las 1 AM asi que pudimos disfrutar de noche París y volver tranquilos al hotal. Al lado hay un supermercado baratisimo. El Estudio es supercómodo, muy limpio. Nos tocó el 8 Piso con una ventana con vista panorámica. Lo recomiendo. La calefacción funcionó a la perfección. Si vuelvo Paris ya sé adonde alojarme. Por el precio y el servicio los recomiendo sin dudas.

Ótimo custo x benefício.

O apart é muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O Local é distante, mas o custo x benefício compensa, pois o apartamento é novo, limpo e tem transporte fácil para toda a cidade. Acho apenas que poderia ter serviço de arrumação diária.
