Great hotel
Positives: Great break fast, lobby and hotel decor is quirky, beds are comfy, water fountains on every floor to fill your water bottle which is a great initiative to save the environment. breakfast is pretty good and kids eat free. Negatives: We booked a family room but futon or sofa bed is not the comfiest, ok for smaller kids Aur conditioning is barely enough you akways get this feeking that it can be a bit better and since windiws do not open one is just relying on AC so performance shoukd be improves.

There is no front desk so you have to figure out who the front lobby exploiters are, the bathroom door on the rooms are smoked glass that swing both ways and do not lock and are transparent. The location requires you to walk quite a distance before you get to the sights at the river edge.

Amazing property and the roof top restaurant was amazing. The breakfast is a mess as they are not adequately staffed and it’s over crowded. The make your own eggs option needs to be rethought as most guest don’t seem to get it. At the Grange, I was refused an itemized bill after multiple requests and instead even the receipt only had one line item with the total due. I had to do the calculation separately for what I ordered and realized the wait staff added an additional tip which I would have gladly left anyway for the service and the food. This experience won’t stop me going back.

Great hotel, good breakfast, close to public transportation, friendly and helpful staff, truly enjoyed our time here. Restaurant a little pricey, but they could accommodate food allergies.

It is a good hotel for families. It’s a little bit far from the center of Paris but the Metro makes it easy to get anywhere.

Nice hotel
We had a lovely stay at Novotel. The hotel was quite nice with clean rooms and facilities. The only issue we had was with waiting for breakfast as the the area for serving breakfast was a bit small for the number of guest so every morning we had to queue to get a table.

After an awful experience at our hotel in Amsterdam, we arrived at the Novotel and were blown away. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely pleasant to work with and kept our room consistently clean. The breakfast and the fitness room were both amazing necessities to have in the hotel. We will definitely being stay there again and signed up for a rewards account due to our experience. The location was also wonderful as it kept us right in between all of the sight seeing we had planned. Highly, highly recommended!

Not a 4 hotel and need proper reception
Small shops around but not an easy walk distance from Porte de Versaille Station if you carry baggages or pram. Water pressure too low so shower was barely working. I don't like their idea of running a moving reception as the reception often unattended (we had to wait over 20min for check in) and not clear where the reception is.

The hotel was beautiful and modern but the first morning the alarm went off by an employee by error before 7:30 am and woke us up and everyone ran downstairs and outside. I asked for some compensation and they wouldn’t do anything so I think the customer service was not goid

My family was staying at this hotel for 11 nights and 12 days. Thr experience at check in was smooth. The room was ready and we could get settled in after a long flight. However, the nightmare started when Europe was experiencing its record breaking heat wave. Our hotel room was pretty warm when we got in. We thought okay, the room will cool down after we turn the AC one. We get ready for dinner and come back a few hrs later thinking the room will be comfortable. Nope. The room was still warm and not getting cool at all. If it was, it was working very slowly. I called the front desk and I asked if they could helpe and they helped trouble shoot stuff I've already done. Then I call back and mention it's not getting any cooler by the time it was bed time. An offer to switch room or thoroughly checking our ac would've been nice but the staff was just nonchalant about it. Next. Would be the poor TV selection. I totally get we were in their country their channels in their native language. They had an option where we could stream Netflix and YouTube using Chrome cast. Well guess what? Didn't work. I called the front desk and they said they're system was updating all week? Well I'm very computer savvy and understand a thing or two about updates modern tech. We tried several devices only to come up short. So we were stuck watching BBC and CNN for 11 nights cause it's the only thing we could really understand. Again not a problem. Just wish they had more options and given me a stra

Will stay here again! The staff was super friendly. I loved my suite for 3. It was super spacious with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. And the breakfast divine. One of best I've seen. Fresh and something for all. The only drawback for me personally is that i couldn't do the short 5 minute walk to the metro becayse of a disabilty. So it was a bit pricey to get around. About a 20 minute taxi/uber to ile d'el city. There is a super eady trolley that is easy to get to E/W. And a taxi stand avross from hotel. Extras: They provide a yoga met in the room. Doing yoga each am with that view so lovely. Super family frienly. My kiddo had an accident the first nite and they handled with kindnesd.

Nice and Modern but Resturant needs improving
everything was nice but the resturant was very dissapointing, very limited menu and very expensive considering the quality of the food
