The staff was helpful and amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of a direct Metro line to go into the city and see the major sites. This is our second time staying here and will be our go-to in Paris every time.

The location was too remote, it was very expensive to get an uber and took a long time to get to the popular areas. I wish it had been closer to the main part of Paris. The hotel was fine, and the breakfast was pretty good.

We were planning to have dinner at the on-site restaurant on the Friday night and quite disappointed to find out that the restaurant (Greem) was not open on Fridays. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. Rooms were good and the breaklast also was good. Proximity to the metro station and buses was fairly close, about a 10 minute walk which was acceptable. Neighbourhood is a little sketchy but seemed safe enough. I would recommend this hotel based upon the price I paid and the breakfast.

The check in process was great booked 2 rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to our rooms one of the rooms, had a pull-out bed with stains on it. Very disgusting. When we reported it they came the next day and closed it into a sofa without cleaning. On Sunday there was no dining facilities available in or next to the hotel. It was very incovenient to stay.

Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.

10 minutes walking to closest Metro, also some nice restaurants close by. Excellent if you come by car, big garage under the hotel. Our room was OK, but a bit outdated. Bed and cleaning was good.
