Excellent !

This is my second time at Novotel Creteil Le Lac and it was again excellent! The staff is just amazing ! The hotel is very close to Creteil University metro station (Line 8) which is very convenient for people looking to visit Paris. Special thanks to Alima and all the restaurant / breakfast staff.

Clean and nice. Staff tried their best with English, but we don't speak any french, so communications were a little hard at times. Tv kept turning off, and wouldn't connect. Bathtub extremely strange. Had to literally climb in as it is knee high. I'm disabled, and this is very hard to handle.

Super stay!

Great stay. After a slight mix up with my booming and the required room type the staff went over and beyond to get us sorted. Great room, lovely staff in the restaurant. The hotel is a 10 min pleasant walk to the shopping mall where you the metro right into the centre. Lovely pool area. Would stay again.

Our week-long stay here was absolutely incredible. The staff provided outstanding service, always attentive and ensuring a seamless experience. Housekeeping was impeccable—rooms were cleaned daily, and staff even checked in to offer additional cleaning. Returning to a spotless, well-maintained room each day was truly delightful. The location is perfect, with the lake just a short walk away and a large shopping mall only 10 minutes on foot. Parking is convenient, featuring ample space and EV charging stations, making it ideal for electric vehicle owners. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations in every way. A well-deserved 10/10—highly recommended.

Sandrine makes the best breakfast in town! Everything is tasty. Of course, the croissant, the baguette, the bread in general is fresh and delicious. They gave yogurt with fruits in the side. They have various different kind of cheese. Great juices, hot chocolate, coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, etc. They even have bacon which is really not a French classic! They have cereals and pastries. I'm sure I forget some stuff. And everything is the best! The service staff at the restaurant and in the hotel is top notch. The only negative is the gate to get to the hotel didn't work when we were there. And the hotel would need a little refreshing of the rooms. But we would come back and stay there again in a heartbeat. 45 minutes drive or metro to Paris center.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Paris. It is set in a quiet residential area next to a large lake and although close to a road there was no traffic noise. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. There is a train station you can walk to and bus stops nearby, however, we did not use them, so I can not comment on them. Close by is a large, modern shopping mall, a 10 minute walk away, with a bug selection of shops and a huge supermarket. Inside the mall there were a wide range of places to eat all through the day and into the evening, including a McDonald’s. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food and service were excellent. You can scan a menu to read it in English, which was very helpful. We arrived very late at night after travelling on the Eurostar and were welcomed and booked in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and cups and a few fruit teas bags and along with a small fridge/chiller in the room. There are water stations in the hallways where you can get chilled still or sparking water in a glass bottle, which was provided in the room. We had a great stay at this hotel and found all of the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located for the metro (around 15 mins walk) which we wanted to use to get into the heart of Paris. The public areas in the hotel are modern but the room we stayed in was a little tired. Having said that we all slept well and would quite happily stay there again. The hotel also felt safe and the staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel, don’t get breakfast though!!

Hotel is nice, breakfast was very bad, they also charged me for at the hotel for 3 breakfasts when I only had breakfast once (added to the room upon arrival for one day). They said that a manager would contact me to refund me and they did not, I have called multiple times but no one answers the phone.
