9/10 Location for accor arena is PERFECT, is right next to it, in front of a subway station.. super convenient Great breakfast and staff, nice room too Only small complaint is that at first was very warm, so we mentioned to the reception.. then it became too cold :D would be nice if we could control the temperature ourselves, the whole central system was not the best. Apart from that very nice hotel

The location next to the Paris Bercy train station was perfect for our transfer, as we arrived Orly airport and was on our way with train the next day. The Metro line 14 from Orly stops at Bercy with an exit (almost) in front of the hotel entrance. Nice and helpful staff with nice breakfast.

The room was small, but overall everything else was good. However, I had one concern during checkout: the front desk asked if two people from our room had eaten lunch at the hotel and were about to charge us for it, which we hadn’t. While they corrected the issue (didn't charge), they did not apologize for their error. I believe an apology would have been appropriate and would have left a better impression.

We were in a room with a king size bed facing the arena. The room is clean and comfortable. There are cafe nearby and Bercy Metro is just outside of the hotel which makes it easy to get to places. Full continental breakfast was included. Staff are courteous. If looking for something to eat that's close by we can recommend Rambo a Cambodian restaurant.

When we arrived at the hotel room there was hair on the toilet and in the shower head and blood on the toilet seat we paid £180 for one night did not expect to walk into that the location was good right by the bercy bus station and not far from food places and shops staff were friendly on arrival

Lovely hotel in Bercy close to all the trains & Metro stations. Gare de Lyon is also close by. Very friendly & helpful staff. Tea/coffee in rooms but no fridge. Would definitely stay again.
