This is a nice place. It’s a bit small, but for a single traveler or a couple, it will work perfectly. Location is very good. Clean and modern. Host is very communicative.

A perfect spot to stay while in Paris

We found the apartment to be perfect for our stay!! Traveling from the U.S. with two of my adult children (25 and 22 yrs). It comfortably fit the three of us. Comfy beds to return home to after long days of site-seeing. Only a 4 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, metro entrance, and walking distance to so many other major sites. Maikel, the host, offers many helpful suggestions and is readily available if needed! Will definitely try to book again for a future stay!!

Fantastic location for us

First off, the location was great. Cute spot in the Latin Quarter and only a couple blocks from Notre Dame, metro, outdoor market, etc. There are a ton of restaurants very close and some bars. Wasn't a problem for us but it can be a bit noisy at night, particularly on the weekend. The apartment is small, it was definitely a bit tight for myself and my three teens, but we made it work and loved Paris.

Latin Quarter gem

The loft apartment we stayed in during our visit could not have been a better location. It was three blocks from our daughter that is a student there. Notre Dame was just around the corner. It was in a courtyard and it was a quiet little cave on the first floor.

Perfect location to explore the city. The apartment is cute. The stairs once you walk in front door are small and narrow, doesn’t take away from apartment at all just something to be cautious of for those that have trouble up and down. Hideaway in the heart of St. Germain

The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Christmas in Paris

Location is amazing; walkable and accessible to everything. We had a family of 4 (one teen and one 7) and none of us are petite. The place is as advertised; small but with some creative use of closets and putting everything away, we were comfortable for the week. The place was clean, great little kitchenette and we loved the shower… all small but important things. Access was easy and owner seemed more than accessible despite having no need to contact him. Only small suggestion would be different or more comfortable pillows for sleeping. Would happily return there again.

Great apartment!

This little place was perfect for two people (friends), beds are comfortable and shower is fabulous! Our host was amazing, he communicated with me from pre-booking right through to checkout. Extremely accommodating, responsive and as pleasant as you could ever want. The apartment is in a great location, restaurants are right outside your door, and the metro, train and water taxi stops are within one or two blocks. It's right "in the middle" so to speak, to easy to access all of paris. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, comfortable place. I'd definitely stay there again!

This apartment is conveniently located I. The sixth arrondissement. So many dining options and very close to the metro. The unit was tidy and actually very quiet. It did get warm in the apt, even in the winter, but it was manageable by opening the window. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first few days, but Mikhail and Dylan were very responsive. It was fixed by the second day, so would have appreciated a quicker, more reliable Wi-Fi connection during our stay since we relied on it for messaging family and friends. All around great experience!

Quaint Apartment

Everything was wonderful with the exception of factors due to the weather and architecture of the building. In cool weather, the apartment is ideal. But in hot weather, there is no way to adequately extract the heat and humidity because only 2 small windows and no cross ventilation exists. Our host was excellent in addressing all our questions and the apartment was super clean and neat. The location was great for both local attractions and proximity to the St. Michel RER C and metro. Thank you.

Great spot for a couple of days

If you only have a couple of days in Paris, this little spot puts you right smack dab in the middle of a great neighborhood, near the Seine river and tons of restaurants. Communication with the manager was superb and he was attentive to our every need. Two things I would recommend: number one, on VRBO it’s listed as a two bedroom but it’s a sleeping loft on one level and a pull out bed on the other, So it worked well for my daughter and me but there’s not really any privacy. Also, like so many places in Paris, it’s not air-conditioned and we happened to be there in a heat wave in September. The manager says he’s putting air conditioning in next March so if you are going in the hot months, I recommend confirming that that has been done. All in all though, the place has a lot to recommend it.

Almost perfect

The property itself is cute and though small it was adequate for a short stay. We stayed there four nights. I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. We ended up renting a hotel on Monday night just to be able to take a hot shower. Again, the host was very helpful and responsive in trying to fix the problem it just took a few days for the problem to be fixed. There is a portable air conditioner that did the job and we felt comfortable sleeping at night, but it could get a little warm during the day. Overall, even though we didn’t have hot water most of our stay, we would stay here again. It was clean and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro. The hosts were fantastic and we would recommend this place to our friends and family.
