Convenient location right across from the grocery store. Two comfortable bedrooms and nice sized living room. Very secure building for two women travelling. Early check in was appreciated after a long flight. Minor repair in the bathroom was fixed quickly. Overall very nice stay.

Great apartment in great location

We had a great time in Paris and the apartment complemented our stay. There is everything you need in the apartment which is in a very central location but still quiet at night and the host was very responsive to any questions we had!

Wonderful time in Le Marais

Had the most wonderful week at this place. Great for older kids and adults (4 total). Close to Metro. David and Isabel were great hosta and accommodated our needs.

Excellent pied-a-terre in the Marais

We enjoyed our stay at this spot in the Marais - great to have the space for our family of four and much bigger and better than a hotel room. Easy check in/check out; convenient to a large grocery store, many bakeries, metro stops, etc. Very happy we chose this flat!

A fabulous flat in central Paris

We had a fantastic stay in this flat. We thought it was a good size for a family of four and the location was really central. We had a lovely time in Paris.

Excellent Location!

My daughter and I were very happy with our stay while in Paris. The location of the apartment was excellent. Would come back and stay here in a heart beat. Our only concern is that perhaps the apartment is a little tired…the sofas could use some updating. But having said that the beds were very comfortable.and we slept very well. Thank you very much for our stay it was perfect!

Amazing perfect stay!

We booked this place for my daughter’s 10th bday! Great neighborhood. Monoprix across the street. Tons of cafes around. And walked to most of the attractions with in 20-30 min. Ubers/FREENOW rides 15 minutes. Property was clean and cute and exactly what we needed.

Great stay

The apartment was very close to the Metro, and a short walk to Marche Montogorgueil, a haven of shops, cafes - everything you would look for to enjoy a snack or entire feast while you people watch! Going there as an experience for us with our granddaughter was an experience of a lifetime. Staying here was our anchor!

Paris Family Walking Tour

Our family spent 5 nights at the wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic, and we spent all four days exploring Paris on foot. We will return soon.

okay place

centrally located, quiet area, clean, large living room average sized bedrooms (for Paris), not as cheery as the picture indicates. Nicely tiled, but small bathroom. Wasn't given as much information about the place and the area as other Vrbo rentals. Still, had a good visit.

Lovely stay in the 2nd

This conveniently located and well-designed apartment met all of our needs. Close to the metro, but also convenient to walking to many sites. Nearby is the wonderful Rue Montorgueille, Which is packed with all levels of restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops, etc. David and Isabel were both very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this lovely apartment.

Great spot!

My sister & I stayed for 9 nights and had a great experience! Easy to communicate with owner/manager via VRBO app ahead and then via What’s App while there. The location was perfect with so many shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Monoprix also right around the corner. A metro stop is also just around the corner and another one for a different line is about 8 min walk so can get to anywhere easily. The property was spacious by European standards. Would be plenty of room for up to 4. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms had hanging space and shelves to be able to unpack. Easy to open/close windows for fresh air and had 2 plug in fans if needed. It was perfect for our stay!I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and close to metro and Monoprix

My granddaughter used this as our home base for three weeks. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very safe. The property manager responded immediately when the boiler turned off, and was there in twenty minutes. The Metro is half a block from the front door, and the Monoprix was right around the corner.....easy to grab a bottle of wine and food for cooking a dinner at home.

Wonderful stay in Paris

We loved our 6 nights in David’s charming apartment. Very near the Marais, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Paris, the apartment is spacious, clean and Isabel who greeted us was responsive and helpful. Metro to everywhere steps from the apartment. A full service grocery store around the corner and other shopping and restaurants. We had a fabulous private tour with picturesque voyages which we would recommend. We will be back for sure. Merci!

Convenient stay in Marais

We stayed for a week grandparents and 10 year old granddaughter. Clean, well equipped kitchen(but we did not cook). Bathroom clean, plenty of hot water, pretty small, no place to put your toiletries, soap in the shower though the shower is full size. Bedrooms are small but have enough hanging space but no room for a suitcase so we unpacked. Enough plugs for charging. Living dining area very comfortable size with tall ceilings and fireplace. Leather furniture not very comfortable, cracked and needs to be replaced. Windows all new operational so ventilation and light very good. It was pretty warm 80’s when we stayed and still stayed comfortable. Quiet during our stay. The location was outstanding. On a small quiet street but close to stores food and drink and metro. Washer dryer worked and was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value for the location.

Perfect vacation apartment

It was easy to communicate with Isabelle the manager. She’s helpful and very kind. The apartment was clean and everything was perfect from the keys to the laundry to the location. We walked everywhere from that location (15 minutes walk to notre-dame, 1:15 hour walk to tour Eiffel). Rue MONTORGUEIL is near by. A lots of restaurants, terraces, coffees, shops across the street. Very quiet, nice building even if it’s dated in the common areas, it’s clean. I would be back anytime and recommend to my friends.

Wonderful neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is amazing with groceries, restaurants, Boulangeries and the metro stop literally around the corner. It was a great value with two bedrooms, a large living space and reasonable kitchen. The bathroom was tight but not at all unusual. Only concern would be noise. There was construction within the building while we were there starting about 8:30-9 am and loud delivery trucks for the store across the street earlier in the morning. Altogether a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Paris!

Amazing Paris apartment.

Wonderful apartment in Paris - steps from the metro snd grocery and a 15 min walk to Les Halles and Chatelet for train to CDG. Walking or metro everywhere from here! And- It looks just like the pictures. Huge dining and living room with large windows overlooking the street. Spacious bedrooms for Paris (we did not use the sleeper couch), large kitchen area with dishwasher and big refrigerator. Bathroom shower is very large! Isabel was very helpful at checkin and checkout via WhatsApp. (Be prepared to use google translate as I did not speak French). David was very helpful in the VRBO messaging. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip with college friends followed by additional time with my adult daughter.

Excellent location

The property is located in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Louvres, Notre-Dame and so much more. There is a large Monoprix just across the street, very convenient. The beds were comfortable in both rooms; the area was very quiet with no disturbances or noises from the street. Temperature in the apartment was perfect. The living room and dining area is very nice and open. The leather sofa and chair would benefit though from reupholstering or replacement. The shower is new and very nice (size and functionality), note that the toilet placement is tight but it does the trick. We did not use the "outside garden area". It is accessible through the bathroom and actually is a sun roof without a roof. It is small and not particularly inviting. We preferred to go outside for fresh air. The early check in was so much appreciated after a long flight and having lots of luggage. Isabel was very responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment to let us in, provide information on amenities and to wish us a nice welcome in Paris. She always responded quickly and very nicely to any enquiries. All in all, I would recommend this apartment. David and Isabel were responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location is the highlight and we would stay there again should the occasion arise.
