Great location; cramped quarters

You cannot beat this location. It’s so close to the Eiffel Tower that my kid ran upstairs at 9:59pm on our last night and said, “didn’t you want to see it sparkle?”, and we slipped on our shoes, ran over and still caught it in all its glory. That said, bathroom needs an overhaul and a good exhaust fan. There is absolutely nowhere to put your suitcases, so travel light. The styling is cute with all the pink (even the toilet paper), but they could nix some throw pillows and invest in a full length mirror and a new love seat.

Perfect location & great communication

Probably the easiest check in/out of any VRBO I’ve stayed at. Very convenient. Literally three minutes to Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. Couldn’t ask for a better location. And VERY friendly service!

Wonderful Apartment close to the Eiffel Tower!

I was looking for a place close to the Eiffel Tower in which my friend and I could stay and each have our own bedrooms, rather than staying in a hotel. The accommodations were exactly as described on the Vrbo site. As it was an apartment, we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay! I highly recommend this property, especially if you would like to be close to Paris's most famous landmarks!

Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area.The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean.The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment if you were NOT going to use the sofa bed.Overall, a wonderful stay and so easy to deal with property manager.

Property Uniquely Fit for Specific Travelers

Great location and clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the property is not really well suited for a family with young children. Steep staircase to the second bedroom and only one bathroom on the main floor makes it difficult to care for young children at night. Everything is small. Too much furniture for the space. You cannot shower without the shower curtain sticking to your back. Property is located at street level. It can be noisy with people walking on the street at night. The bedroom on the main floor has street lights that shine through the holes on the side of the curtains. In main living room, the curtains do not provide privacy from the neighbors across the street, which can be problematic because you have to walk through that room when leaving the bathroom. The property seems to be perfect for 2 friends traveling together or a family with an older more independent child.

Wonderful Paris apartment in fabulous location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Perfect for families with one room upstairs & one room downstairs. 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, 1 minute walk to grocery store & close to several metro stops. Quiet street close to great bistros. Would definitely stay here again!
