Great location and staff were very helpful. There’s no lobby bar but there is a drinks service. Had a few difficulties with room service. The breakfast was good. Easy to get to lots of food and drinks and shopping.

Excellent location. Walkable to most of the major attractions in Paris. Great shopping nearby, Prentemps and Lafayette. The staff is very professional and friendly. Very clean. Great restaurant across the street, CERTA, great food and atmosphere. Very close to Gare-St. Lasare rail station.

Rooms are very small and layout of 2 rooms sharing 1 door is not safe. It only works fir families.

Hotel has a very convenient location, walking distance to opera, shops, metro station, hop on hop off. Rooms are small the chair and the stool took pretty much space needed and non use of them. Staff was very friendly the only thing we didn’t like is that even when putting the non disturbing sign housekeeping kept on coming in to clean the room other than that it was perfect, I highly recommend the hotel.

Check-in was easy. The location was superb because it was right around the train station, metro, and the biggest shopping mall. Also there were plenty of restaurants and cafes to go to. I had the room facing the street and I could hear the noise but it wasn’t annoyingly loud. The noise died down around midnight but I didn’t have any problems sleeping on the days I slept before 12am. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay was how clean this hotel was. It was spotlessly clean (the entire room including the bed and bathroom). The housekeeping staff should receive a bonus ~ they don’t cut corners but do an immaculate job helping the hotel maintain a positive and clean image. I don’t care how small a room is as long as it’s very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was what I expected. Nothing grand but also not bad. However, I. Super disappointed in hotels.com. I specifically booked a room with multiple beds for two people. When’s we arrived we got the smallest room possible and the hotel kindly informed us that was advertised to me doesn’t even exist. This is not the first time they have done this. Overall the hotel is not bad. Good location, friendly staff and okay room. You get what you pay for but I was just very disappointed in how hotels.com messed this up once more.

the room was a little on the smaller size and i booked a room with two beds but got on a room with only one bed. The lobby was very pretty.

This place was the worst experience of my travel to Paris. There was no internet for the entire 4 days of my Paris visit. In return, they offered me a free welcome drink during my check out!!! It wasn't a very clean hotel and had to ask them to change the sheets after I found a bloodstain on my arrival on the bedsheet. overall my worst hotel experience with rude staff

Lovely place for stay in Paris
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is a lovely property located very close to most places of tourist attraction and is very well connected with all modes of public transportation. The hotel and the room were meticulously maintained, very neat and clean, though the room size was a bit small. A word of appreciation for Julien, who was very helpful and always always with a smile.

Well kept hotel in a very convenient location
Hotel is in a very handy spot - walking distance to many central attractions but also a short walk to just about every transport link you could want. Amenities are basic but the whole place is in a good state of repair. Staff were very helpful.

Great location and friendly staff
Impressive hotel, my third or fourth stay, welcoming and friendly staff, excellent location, walking distance to Paris Opéra Garner, Galleries Lafayette and Gare Saint Lazare. What I particularly like is that it's only 10 mins walk from Roissy Bus which is direct to and from CDG airport.

Very clean, comfy and well organised. Recpetion dealt with issues very efficiently. Generally polite staff. Room photos did not match exactly what I got but they upgraded me in light of this, which was appreciated. My only issue would be that rooms and bathrooms are rather tight, even the privileged rooms. But I guess this is Paris and space is tight!
