Large, clean and comfortable home in cute town

We were in Paris for the first time visiting before the Olympics. We traveled in a large group consisting of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. The house is large, private, and comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and spacious. It has a washer and dryer which is a plus when staying for a longer time. The owner was very kind and even arranged a cab ride for us to the airport. The house is walking distance from a very cute downtown but more than a mile from the metro station. The only downside is not about the house, but about its location and this is because the town is far from the tourist attractions, but we walked to the metro daily and took it into Paris. Overall, I loved it! It’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind the far distance.

Le volume de la maison permet l hébergement de 15 personnes mais en réalité elle est adaptée pour une dizaine pas plus en terme de vaissellel et linge de lit, et toilette.

Merveilleux sejour

Nous etions venus en famille et amis, 10 personnes. Tout d abord, un grand merci aux propriétaires. La maison est top, tres bien placée proche des commerces, 20 mn du metro et au calme. Franchement, je recommande cette location. Merci encore

Très déçu

Le logement au 21 rue Robert Legeay à Créteil est une belle et agréable maison avec du potentiel. En revanche, l'équipement concernant le linge de lit était déplorable. Lors de la réservation, j'avais communiqué au propriétaire de la maison que nous étions 6 adultes et 8 enfants. À notre arrivée, seulement 6 couchages avaient été préparés !! Nous avons constaté des protéges matelas et des oreillers absents, des draps housses et des couettes souillés. Deux d'entre nous, on dû dormi sur un canapé lit sans linge adapté. Notre interlocuteur nous expliquant par téléphone, de récupérer des plaids et des tissus pour remplacer le linge de lit habituel. Nous avons été obligé de récupérer du linge dans un sèche linge situé dans le sous-sol de la maison. Je passe le nombre de serviette insuffisant. Je passe également l'attente devant le portail de la maison fermé, en attendant la personne responsable de nous remettre la clé. Cette personne injoignable par téléphone... C'est en demandant à une voisine, inquiets d'être tombé sur une arnaque, que cette dernière a pu contacter le propriétaire de la maison. C'est une honte. Il s'agissait de notre première expérience Abritel et ce sera la dernière !! Nous trouvons inadmissible qu'Abritel ne contrôle pas davantage les logements qu'il propose sur sa plate-forme. À bon entendeur.
