Luxury next to the Champs Elysées near Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station

Luxurious apartment in the heart of historic Paris which has just been renewed (February 2015).
Perfectly located 3 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the prestigious Avenue Champs Elysées, in the most glamorous district of the capital! Parc Monceaux is also a few minutes' walk away. You only have to walk to discover the most prestigious and romantic district of Paris with its art galleries, its luxury boutiques, its shopping centers (Monoprix a few minutes walk), its cafes, its bakeries, its fruit and vegetable merchants, its florists ... However, the apartment is in a quiet street away from the busy streets where it is possible to rest after a day of shopping and enjoy the comfort of the apartment.

It is also very well connected via Charles de Gaule / Etoile and Ternes stations to all lines. There is also a direct line to the airports and to Disneyland (RER A). Feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. It has a double bed and a fold-out sofa for two people (which I just bought). It also includes several sets of sheets, towels and all the necessary kitchen including an oven / microwave and ceramic hobs. It also includes wifi, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, a large TV.

A seasoned traveler myself, I speak several languages and have many suggestions for visits or things to do and see in Paris. Do not hesitate to ask me, I would be very happy to help you and make your stay most comfortable.

While small and typical for Paris rental apartments it was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. Great location near the Arc de Triomphe! Host provided a small fan which was helpful on the warm nights and the washing machine was a great help!

Weekend Stay in Paris

Overall this was an amazing Vrbo experience! It was one of our first and the listing was very accurate and clean. Sofia was an exceptional host she gave us some wonderful tips and was always very timely with her responses to messages. Overall a great experience and would love to come back!

Perfect location

Everything was great! No issues only problem was no elevator so we had to walk up the stairs! But it absolutely served every purpose. Able to get out and sight see Paris and stay within walking distance! Thank you for your hospitality!

Very close to everything we needed, market, dining, shopping, etc. Provided a little kitchen which came in handy... Owner of apt was reachable and pleasant. However... we had to purchase TP, Papertowel, Dishwashing Liquid, Hand Soap, etc.. It needed a little more cleaning, esp in the shower and towels .. Otherwise, it was OK.

Beautiful and convenient location with an excellent host!

Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!

this apartment really awesome to stay in the heart of Paris City, it is clean and safe, quiet and comfort, near shopping area, grocery around, many brasserie/restaurants, Monoprix, walkable to metro station Charles de Gaulle of Arc de Triomphe, recommended for couple and small family, kitchen available for light cooking, recommended for couple and small family, i will back again to this lovely apartment, oh la la, edi from Qatar.

This is studio.

Very good location, very short walk to “Arc the Triophe”/ Charles De Gaulle Plaza metro station ( metro and train station). Plenty of restaurants, cafes, close by bakeries,butcheries, cheese shops etc. Apartment itself is well maintained studio( not one bedroom),with small but manageable kitchen,no stove,nice bathroom with washing machine.Owner maintained excellent communication with very good informations.

The property owner was extremely nice and made us feel right at home with clear communication. The property is great value, with a great location close to the Arc and Metro. We felt very safe in the neighbour and the apartment was very clean, with great street views from the patio doors that open. All in all, great location, safe, clean and good value in the price. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 young kids and there was enough room for all of us. Better experience than staying in a hotel. This is a great place. A .

Etoile lively charm

Small apartment great for two people. Location is fabulous, close to Arc de Triomphe, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. 10 minutes on foot to Parc Monceau. Apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and a winding staircase. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. We loved our stay and would rent again! Highly recommend!

Perfect location of a cosy apartment with very kind host

For my second stay in Paris I chose this apartment because of the location and the good price. I noticed that there is no deposit which means that the host trusts the tenants and that gave me confidence and comfort to pay the whole amount in advance. After completing the reservation I received very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, together with helpful information for public transport, groceries and good places around where we could have breakfast or dinner. The apartment is very clean, small but cosy and well furnished to accommodate a family of 4, situated on a quiet street. The bathroom is pretty large. I have no complaints and I’m very pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend the place. And last but not least - the host Sofia is very kind and helpful, with fluent English

This VRBO does not specify upon booking that there is no elevator, and that you have 3 floors to walk up... so that could be an issue for many people. We had to buy our own toilet paper, and common amenities you normally get through VRBO were not provided, like soap and shampoo. Wall sockets didnt work in bedroom, toilet seat falling off, bedding so old and stained and needs replacing, and very uncomfortable pull out bed with metal rods sticking out. We did not stay our full stay as we had to move to a hotel in order to get some sleep. That says alot as we did not receive refund. On a positive, the location is great, everything walkable. The whole flat was definitely a Parisian experience, but not as advertised, which is too bad as we were so excited about it.

The highlight is the location which is ideal for tourism. For a tourist, you are 5 minutes away from most of the lines that you will need (lines 1, 2, 6, and RER A) to go to major attractions without losing too much time (which is worthy when travelling). What you see in the picture is what you get. The appartment is small, but functionnal: this is normal for Paris. We were 3 people (a couple and a teenager) and we enjoyed the place which was clean and had the necessary equipment for us to enjoy it. Just be mindful that the appartment is at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator and there is only one open room with the 2 beds (one being a confortable sofa bed). The owner contacted us and gave precise directions and good to know information regarding the appartment and its vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay with our two children! It is on the smaller side but was perfect for a short stay. We loved the location and the owner, Sofia, was always available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!
