The apartment is located in a heritage building, that is said to be the former residence of young Louis XIV, with stunning views over the Palais Royal. It was fully renovated to combine its historic grandeur with contemporary design. Each of the 6 bedrooms offers comfort and intimacy, while the dining and living rooms are welcoming areas to share unforgettable moments.
The space
Built in 1639 by Cardinal Richelieu, the chief minister of King Louis XIII, this historic building once housed the kitchens and outbuildings of the Palais Royal in the 17th century. Classified as a historic monument, it is a true gem of Parisian heritage.

Did you know? Place de Valois is particularly famous for being one of Emily in Paris key sceneries. One of our luckiest guests attended the filming of a few scenes in front of the “Savoir” office from the comfort of the apartment.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room - one overlooking Place de Valois
- 1 Glass-roofed lounge with a view of the Royal Palace and the Louvre

Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 10 people and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
