Housed in a 17th century building, the property is part of the original development of Île Saint-Louis, commissioned by Marie de Médicis during the reign of the young Louis XIII. Carefully preserved architectural character is complemented by modern amenities for a seamless Parisian experience.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment including a detailed video that will explain how to get inside the building and the apartment.

- The apartment is yours
- You find the keys of the apartments in the masterlock to the right of the apartment door below the digital code
- The door to your apartment is the door to the right of the main door
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
