The apartment is set in a historic 1800s building that has witnessed the Napoleonic Empire and the reigns of two French kings, reflecting Parisian heritage.

Important : The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible through the stairs (no elevator). The common areas of the building do not reflect the quality of the apartment.

- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 2 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 6 people and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
