It is on the first floor of an ancient building, and was fully renovated to combine historic grandeur with contemporary comfort. You will be charmed by the elegant green tones and the calm of the apartment.
It is composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.

This apartment offers a peaceful setting. It overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring calm and tranquility.

Important: No elevator in the building - 24 stairs until the 1st floor.

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed

- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Guest access
Easy Access : 5 days before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.


House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
