The apartment is located in a heritage building, classified as a National Heritage Monument, built in 1875.

Important : The apartment is located on the 6th floor. It is accessible by elevator up to the 5th floor, and then by stairs from the 5th to the 6th floor.

Accès des voyageurs
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys inside the Masterlock N°1 close to the apartment door
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 6th floor. It is accessible through the elevator (up to the 5th floor) and then there are stairs to the 6th floor.

This apartment is accessible by elevator. However, please note that it is a small one (suitable for one person with one suitcase maximum).
Autres remarques
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
