An elegantly designed apartment, recently refurbished in a contemporary style by a French architect, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. The apartment is located in a calm area, just a few steps away from the Marais district and Place de la Bastille.
The space
This apartment offers a peaceful setting. It overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring calm and tranquility.

The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining room with seating for 6
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (with shower, no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor. There are about 10 steps to climb from the street level to reach the ground floor.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
