Charming family apartment with moldings and parquet floors, at the gates of Paris 14th. This apartment is our cocoon with our 3-month-old daughter and occasionally with my 8-year-old stepdaughter. We are therefore equipped with toys, a changing table and a cot.
The apartment is cosy and allows us to take a break from the Parisian madness. You will find all the comforts of daily life and will be quiet with one of the bedrooms overlooking the courtyard.

We offer 2 large bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed overlooking the courtyard, wardrobe + shelves and a second with single bed 80x200 or double bed 160x200 and cot with bars + changing table + wardrobe, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 separate toilet.
Please note: Apartment not suitable for a very young child (except baby): corners, electrical sockets etc.

Shops and leisure:
Within a radius of less than 10min walk: 2 Monoprix, Bio C bon, 2 Carrefour market, Utile, Franprix etc
Montrouge is full of shops: bakeries (BioSole our favourite), pastry shops (Kreme!), delicatessen/butcher, greengrocers and of course bars and restaurants, the first of which is on the Place du Beffroi 3 minutes away.
Do not hesitate to reach Alesia in the 14th, in less than 15 minutes on foot, you will have access to even more bars, restaurants, the Pathé cinema etc.

Several parks less than 5 minutes walk away, including the square of the oath of kufra opposite the cemetery with lots of games for children and a small guinguette
Especially the Parc Montsouris less than 20min walk away and the park of the international city.
2 swimming pools 10min walk: the aquapole of Montrouge and the therese and Jeanne Brulé swimming pool at the Porte d'Orléans. The Aquaboulevard is 20-25min away by tram.

Transport:
We are 3 minutes from the metro 4 Mairie de Montrouge and buses to Paris, Boulogne, Issy les Moulineaux or the southern suburbs. And less than 10min walk from the Porte d'Orléans tramway.
Large Velib terminal 2min away (Montrouge cemetery).
