Staff on reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location and room was spacious and clean.

Handy location close to the train station. The room was nice and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The negative was that the elevator stops half a storey below the room, requiring you to carry suitcases up/down half flight of stairs. The rooms and corridor are carpeted so there is a musky smell to the hotel. Also being so close to the staton meant being on the main road so lots of traffic noise throughout the night. Hotel lobby/entrance very small and reception staff was a bit abrupt, not the most friendliest.

Perfect overnight stay in well designed room.
Extremely convenient to me as it is just across a boulevard to Gare d’Austerlitz. My room was small but perfectly conceived and beautifully designed. I will return without a doubt next time I need an overnight stay near Austerlitz.
