Great Stay

Nice hotel in extensive lawned grounds. On businesses so did not use spa facilities but restaurant and bar of high standard.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Very nice - but issue with the room heat

Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly reception. Spotless room. Unfortunately my stay was negatively affected by what must have been a broken ventilation system in my room. I was unable to change the controls, and the room was crazy hot with extremely poor ventilation. A pity and I imagine just bad luck, as the rest of the hotel seemed very nice. I did inform the front desk on 3 separate occassions, but unfortunately it was not repaired during my stay. I should have asked to switch rooms but I didn't, which I regret.

Like a tired Travelodge

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

Below average for the price

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Chambre dans un cadre verdoyant, très bien insonorisée. Très confortable et propre. Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner complet, sucré et salé se côtoient pour tous les gourmands. Enfin le petit plus l'accès en illimité pour la piscine et le Spa, font de notre séjour un moment de détente très agréable.

Manque de considération

Je trouve inacceptable d'avoir payer ma réservation en ligne et l'hotel nous a encore fais payé sur place la même réservation, et jusqu'à ce jour il n'y a ni le remboursement de la part de l'hotel.com ni l'établissement. C'est inadmissible, malgré tout mes mails fait a l'établissement
