This studio with mezzanine is a charming option for those looking for a comfortable base in the heart of Paris. Located on the right bank, in the 3rd arrondissement, more precisely in the Marais Beaubourg district, it offers easy access to many emblematic attractions of the City of Lights.

A few steps from the Center Pompidou (Beaubourg) and rue Rambuteau, you will be immersed in the heart of a lively district, full of shops, cafes and restaurants. In addition, the proximity of the "Rambuteau" metro station facilitates travel throughout the city.

Entering the studio, you will find on the left a complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, providing all the comfort needed for your stay. The main room, located on the ground floor, has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a table with chairs for dining and a lounge area with two very comfortable armchairs.

A staircase leads to the mezzanine where you will find a double bed (140x190), providing comfortable sleeping space for two people. This mezzanine layout optimizes the space available in the studio.

In terms of amenities, the studio comes with super-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a smart TV with Apple TV, giving you access to a variety of streaming services such as Molotov, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.

Nice Parisian stay

The condo was great for us. The loft bedroom area worked well for us but could be challenging for some with the low ceilings. The location was great and arranging to get the keys was very smooth.

Fabulous Neighborhood

An excellent host. Best neighborhood. This spot is teeny tiny, hardly room for our suitcases. I’m a bit claustrophobic and a ceiling just inches above my head while sleeping was challenging. But we’ll never forget the adventure of staying here. If you’re young and strong and not fussy you’ll love it.

Great location

Very neat stylish and complete apartment. I give 4 stars only because the bedroom is a little tight with low headroom and tricky stairs. Sleeping is comfortable though. The window allows light and is not really see through. I still recommend and would stay again.

Cozy in Paris

Adorable little place in a lovely building located in the heart of so many great restaurants and shops. (Be sure to try the breakfast around the corner at Kitchen!). Stay here and walk or grab the metro to all the major sights. Cozy quiet loft for sleeping. Everything you need for a Paris getaway. Responsive and helpful host. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location for solo traveler

I loved this apartment! Perfectly described in listing, no surprises, wonderful location close to Metro stops and walkable to a lot of the city. Great coffee shop steps away, really nice variety of restaurants within walking distance, grocery store a few doors down. The apartment was very comfortably furnished, the bed was great, the bathroom was clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything I needed. Thank you Fabrice for excellent communication! I loved the Marais district and this amazing apartment. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler but would fit a couple nicely too. Amazing all the way around!

This unique apartment is clean and easy to find. It is small with no outside view. It is more suitable for a one person stay. the stairway up to the bed we found to be risky and certainly not suitable for anyone with a balance or mobility handicap. Excellent location to enjoy the Marias region of Paris. close to many great sites and restaurants. Our rating is low because of the risk of the stairs if getting up to go to the bathroom at night. Fine for younger people.

Nice little "cupboard under the stairs"!

Don't let my review title scare you. You'll understand what I mean when you get there. :) Although small, this apartment makes good use of its space. We were comfortable and happy to be in such a vibrant neighborhood. You can find everything you need minutes away (even seconds away!) on foot. Note that the mezzanine can get a little warm for sleeping, but the A/C reaches all the way up there so we were ok. Thanks for contributing to our Parisian getaway!

Other reviews have described the space quite well and it was exactly as I expected including the fantastic location for exploring Paris, which I did mostly on foot using the trains for my arrival and departure. My favorite walk was to the Louvre before the sun and the Parisians were up. Since I came to compete in the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation’s European Championship event, I had to bring the kimono uniforms that are worn when competing. So being able to wash them and not have to take them back all smelly was great. The spin dry cycle was amazing and my uniforms dried quickly on the drying rack.

Excellent location near 2 metro lines crossing metro station Arts et Métiers to get around Paris and stores to get food and drinks. Relatively safe area. With air conditioning. Appears clean. The Arts et Métiers museum is nearby. Beware of the narrow stairs and low ceiling above the bed. You can get injured if you are not careful. Be careful. If not this element, I would have given 5 stars. Fabrice, the administrator, was responsive when we arrived at the airport to notify him by what’s app. Note: if you take a G7 taxi from the Charles de Gaulle airport, it is better to get off at La République and walk as you can get stuck in heavy traffic congestion on Turbigo street depending on the time of the day/season.

Place was clean and well stocked. Glad for the A/C. Unit was extremely small, not for people of size. the bedroom had no headroom, and you had to crawl the last few steps to get to the bed. If you are in shape and have no mobility issues, I do recommend this unit for a short stay.

I felt the property was a cute little tuck away. However, I had no idea the upstairs bed only had 3 feet of space between the mattress and the ceiling. It doesn't show in any of the photos nor on the description. Getting up can be a real doozy. No room except to literally "crawl" in and sleep.

Well, it's as advertised and in a great location. AC, Heat, Washer, drying rack, iron, stove top, dishes, coffee machines etc. For 2 older men with 2 very large suitcases, it's very small. For younger and less luggage, perfect! But we had a great time and would recommend it! Eh bien, c’est comme annoncé et super bien situé. Clim, chauffage, machine à laver, étendoir, fer à repasser, plaques de cuisson, vaisselle, cafetières, etc. Pour deux hommes un peu plus âgés avec deux très grosses valises, c’est vraiment petit. Pour des plus jeunes et avec moins de bagages, c’est nickel ! Mais on a passé un super séjour et on recommande !
