This is a super late review, but better late than never. My stay here was very pleasant, my kids loved it. The place was clean, cozy and at a super convenient location. The host was super accommodating and flexible. We will definitely rent this place again.

Everything was very clean and as described. The location is excellent and the hotel communication and responsiveness was excellent. I would recommend it to people who like the neighborhoods of Menilmontant and Belleville.

This was a fantastic property to stay at, relatively close to the metro lots of cafe, restaurants. Bakery’s and grocery in a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again

It is such a very good experience to stay at the place. The owner always send me information before one day I arrived. In addition, there are lots of restaurants can be choose nearby. There are supermarkets downstairs also. There are buses and metros nearby as well. I have a great place to stay here and sure will always be my first choice to choose

The room was pretty nice and communication was very good. It was nice to have a mini kitchen, as well. The windows were a challenge to figure out- they open vertically and at the top- which we were not familiar with. Also, we never could quite figure out how to make sure we got hot water from the shower, as it was extremely finicky. Might have been an issue with other guests in the hotel and water heater size. We had a room on the 4th floor so the lift was helpful, but only big enough for 2 small people to fit. We were out most of the day, but noise from the sports bar down below remained loud till the wee hours even with the windows shut. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from all metro stations, and it was nice to get a more immersive experience of city life in Paris. Grocery, dining, and boulangerie were all reasonably close. We'd recommend to anyone wanting a true European experience.

Very easily communictaed with staff and was able to check in with ease. The studio is a cozy place that my wife and i enjoyed. Bus and metro tranportation was easily accessible.

The only trouble we had was the noise level at night. Can not be helped by the property; there are bars very close and you're on a main street. Have earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. The location is great, feels local and safe, and it was clean and updated. Staff is good a communicating if you have questions. I would recommend more ways to hang things (more hooks perhaps) like towels/coats as that was limited. Overall, a very lovely stay, and would return to stay again.

Great location. Close to metropolitan and bus stations. Also has a lot of great restaurants options around , even in the same building. Could be a little loud at night , but you can close windows with electric shutters. Room is small, but we were there only for shower and sleep. Room has small kitchen! Great stay!

Would stay here again!

We had a good stay at Le Bellevue. Check in went nice and smooth, and the staff was very friendly. Nice neighbourhood with a couple of restaurants, bars and grocery stores just around the corner. Tiny elevator that starts from the first floor (but that’s not really a problem because Paris is all about walking anyway). Approximately a five minute walk from the hotel to the metro.

Amazing little place.

This was a perfect location for where I needed to be in Paris. And only 15 minutes from gate du nord. A lovely safe area. With lots of shops. Cafe and an amazing pizza place next door. The check in was very easy. The room much better than expected. The comfort and standard “like home” And 24 help via what’s app when required. I will be back.

Truly disappointed and feel gaslit

The heating didn't work, even when on the maximum setting, yet I was assured by them that it was working and they could give me a blanket if I was cold. (Why would I need a blanket if the heat was working??). I suffer from rhinitus so the cold air is painful for my sinuses. Terrible night sleeps the whole time. They could also not provide a portable heater nor source one for me, they refused. This is in winter I might add. . Shower facility was good and hot though slightly snug fit if you're a bigger individual, no lights directly in the shower, I would recommend. Not a clean room though, lots of hairs in the bed, floor, sofa and on the spare duvet. The floor was grubby dirty and you could tell more by looking at the soles of your feet after a clean shower. One of the bedroom side lights was flickering. Not a double/queen bed! 2 single beds pushed together with a larger sheet covering and duvet, disappointed and not what I paid for. The booking said it was soundproof, not the case as I could clearly hear the outside main road and pedestrians, even with the window doors fully latched closed. Diluted washing up liquid. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, there was a sports match on Tuesday night which kept me awake with the people in the bar opposite being rowdy. Also, maintenance work is being done underneath the apartments which the construction work can be clearly heard in all rooms, banging of tool work etc for hours. There was no notice that construction work was due.

Location was good. Lot’s of local food shops around and metro nearby. The apartment itself was very clean, fully equipped and modern. Was a great stay here and fully recommend for maximum family of 4 as the rooms aren’t very big. Owner was very helpful and nice too.

V. Good shower. Kitchen stove and utensils are very good and sufficient. Good amenities. However, Stairs to lift too steep n difficult to bring heavy luggage. It would be good if lift could be in ground floor. Room cleaning needed for daily. Spring mattress hurts the back. After a long trip, better bed cushions would make our stay even better.
