The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency is offering this 80 m² apartment for rent in the town of Rosny-sous-Bois, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 6th floor with lift access, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, bed lined and towels are extra, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² balcony to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Rosny-sous-Bois, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Eiffel Tower: easy access by transport (30 min)
- Paris city centre (Châtelet): museums, monuments, shows (20 mins by metro line 11)
