The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 43 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue de la Harpe in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Double bed, Living Room: 1 Double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs. There is a private small balcony — smoking is not allowed on the small balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the small balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue de la Harpe runs through the oldest and most atmospheric part of the Latin Quarter, just steps from the Boulevard Saint-Michel and the Place Saint-Michel. This is one of the most historic and lively corners of the 5th arrondissement, where medieval streets wind between the Seine and the Sorbonne and the neighbourhood hums with students, tourists and Parisians in equal measure. Crêperies, bookshops, wine bars and small restaurants are packed into every alley, and the area has a genuine energy at almost every hour of the day.
Notre-Dame and the Île de la Cité are just across the river, the Musée de Cluny and its extraordinary medieval collection is a short walk away, and the Sainte-Chapelle is within easy reach. The Jardin des Plantes and the Grande Mosquée de Paris are a pleasant stroll to the east, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés is just across the Boulevard Saint-Germain. The Métro at Saint-Michel and Cluny La Sorbonne gives excellent access to the rest of the city.

Great location, waking distance to so many places.Many Meto, RER, Bus options nearby.Restaurants and shops just below on street level to choose from.We chose location to be near event we were attending on Saturday night…we were able to walk.Bonus: several Christmas markets open in this neighborhood.

À l’arrivée dans l’immeuble nous voyons affiché un document notifiant que l’eau serait coupée pendant 2 jours de suite, de 8h. à 18h.
J’ai contacté l’entreprise qui gère la location pour tenter d’en savoir plus et comprendre pourquoi nous avions pas été prévenu de ce problème avant notre arrivée.
Après plusieurs échanges l’entreprise a conclu que cela n’était pas de leur ressort et qu’il ne pouvait rien y faire. J’ai tenté de faire valoir le fait que ce genre d’information affichée dans les immeubles était faite plusieurs jours voir semaines en avance et qu’il est difficilement justifiable qu’il ne soit pas au courant si ce n’est qu’ils ne visitent pas régulièrement les biens qu’ils mettent en location. Mais rien à faire, quelques excuses mais pas de solution de relogement ou de remboursement.
Aussi, depuis plusieurs jours j’essaie de contacter l’entreprise chargée de la location pour procéder au remboursement de la location de 600€ mais je n’ai toujours eu aucun retour!
