Large and Quiet Studio Fully Renovated & Ideally Located

  • Charming studio, ideal for a couple, two persons with separate beds or couples with one kid. Very convenient location of Paris, 2 minutes from the metro station La Motte Piquet Grenelle and 2 minutes from the Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower)!
    The apartment is brand new, renovated last June, decorated with light colors and all the equipment needed. Small kitchen, large shower, large secured window viewing the small street without being seen (!), 2 small windows to be opened at any time, a refresher system for cooler nights (fans) , and so close from the animated area of La Motte Piquet Grenelle and the animated street "Rue du Commerce" full of food and shopping stores!
    Nice brasseries, restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps from the Cavalerie Street where the apartment is located.
