The apartment is in a wonderful location. Full stop. The apartment itself is shabby, with badly run down furniture, the worst bed I've endured in 45 years of annual visits. The shower is the size of a phone booth.
No oven or combi-oven, just an old failing mircowave with no timer..The toaster cant handle anything more than superthin sandwich sliced bread, which is good, because no bread knife. IN PARIS. Also no broom, mop, or dustpan.
