This magnificent apartment has been renovated by the famous architect AMEO CONCEPT.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly and secure neighborhood, not far from the Eiffel Tower.



The Space:

The apartment is 60 square meters and is located on the second floor (first floor + 1) without elevator.



It features a magnificent living room with a comfortable sofa. There's a TV and dining table for four.

The kitchen is located in the hallway and is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.



The apartment has two bedrooms, one blue and one pink. Each bedroom has a desk, ideal for people who work remotely.

There's a bathroom with toilet.



Most of the furniture has been custom-made, for the aesthetic appeal and comfort of our tenants. We hope you enjoy it!



What's more, the entrance to the apartment has plenty of storage space. A true haven of peace in the heart of Paris.



Bed linen and towels are provided, and you'll also benefit from a combined washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator.



The Neighborhood:

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant, lively neighborhood. It's close to many Parisian landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).



With its own shopping mall, Beaugrenelle, and streets full of stores like Rue du Commerce, it's an ideal place for shopping.

You'll feel right at home here, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
