Très bon acceuil, mais hotel vétuste, très mal isolé

Pour moi l'emplacement était idéal, à la sortie du RER. Le personnel est très acceuillant mais l'hotel est une vrai passoire. Impossible de travailler sur la table fixée devant la fenêtre, le vent passe partout et celà devient une vraie glacière!! Dommage... Pour moi cet hotel est très bien tenu mais d'un autre temps

dommage qu'il soit démoli dans moins d'un mois.

seul problème, pas de facture disponible car le paiement est fait sur internet. Le réceptionniste nous a conseillé un petit resto sympa pas très loin et très abordable.

良かった事。 スタッフの対応はフレンドリーで優しい感じです。RERのB線の駅前、但し各駅停車しか止まらない。パン屋やバーガー屋みたいなのがある。部屋は普通の清潔感があります。湯船がある。 悪かった事。 スリッパが無い。シャンプーなど使い切らないと新しく無い。周りの店は早く閉める。 レストランなど無いのでデリバリーのパスタしか無い。 初めてパリに行くのであれば少し高くても繁華街のホテルの方が良いと思います。 RER線は早朝から20:00位なら治安は良い様に思いました。 切符の買い方は必ず調べてから行きましょう。

we stayed here for 5days, room was not a big one but just enough for 2 people. Staff was really friendly, room had been cleaned every day. We used to leave in the morning and come back late in the evening so it was perfect for a night's sleep. Metro station is like 100m away, a small shop and a cafe nearby. I really enjoyed it.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel war wirklich eine positive Überraschung! Besonders das nette und zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal ist zu erwähnen. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sehr sauber und wurde von einer Putzkraft jeden Tag gereinigt. Sogar als wir erst um 15 Uhr aus dem Hotel gegangen sind, ist die Putzfrau noch nachgekommen um aufzuräumen. Das einzige was zu kritisieren ist, dass es ein wenig klein war. Für den Preis pro Nacht kann man aber wirklich nicht meckern. Außerdem liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Bahnhaltestelle. An den wichtigen Orten, wie den Eifelturm waren wir in 20 Minuten.

You get what you pay for :-(

Nice area and easy to get into the city, but the hotel are old and breakfeast er below standard - very little amount of food ... Looks and feel more lile a bistro than a hotel I also experiend that the hotel missed to delivere clean towels and then even reused towels dispute that i left them on the floor :-(

Kyriad Paris Sud Cachan

A jewel with a great price. Right next to the RER B line, 10 mn to Paris centre and 45 mn direct line to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The bus network can also bring you to anywhere in the region Parisian. It is in a vibrant residential suburban town, so shopping for food is not a problem.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

3 nuits, bon accueil, très bonne literie et propreté. Parking privé à 10€/ jour et petit déjeuner à 10€/jour/ personne. Prix élevé lorsque l'on déjeune sommairement. Face au RER, très pratique pour les déplacements, quelques restaurants à proximité (500m) Dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas une restauration pour dîner et à noter l'absence de canal + qui était indiqué dans les services. Baignoire beaucoup trop petite. Je retiens plus de positif, le personnel et la qualité de la literie vraiment.

Déçue

Assez déçue par l'hôtel car en général Kyriad est plutôt d'un bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre était petite mais propre. Nous avions demandé deux lits séparés pour moi et ma fille : très petits lits et un des deux était collé contre un mur. Nous n'avions qu'une seule serviette de toilette dans la salle de bain (ce qui a été réglé après 20 min. par la dame de la réception). L'allure générale intérieure est franchement défraîchie. La proximité du RER n'était pas dérangeante au niveau bruit. Bon à savoir : pas un restaurant à moins de 15/20 minutes à pied (à part deux petits snacks). Je n'y retournerais pas.

Très bon sejour.

La chambre était propre. Pas de bruit. Le personnel était serviable et très agréable. Hôtel bien situé, juste à coté d'une station RER B ( à une station de la maison des examens. Quelques commerces autour de l'hôtel (pharmacie, café, boulangerie, sandwicherie, épicerie etc...Un vrai petit-déjeuner avec omelette,jambon, viennoiserie etc. Je recommande.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch kann mann sich sehr gut verständigen. Für ein Wochenende ist das Frühstück ok. Das ganze Hotel,speziell Flure, Zimmer und Türen,bräuchte mal eine rundum Erneuerung mit frischen Farben. Für einen Wochenendtrip ist das Hotel noch ok. U-Bahn direkt beim Hotel, gut Anbindung an die Innenstadt.

Juste à côté de la gare. L'ascenseur faisait un bruit d'enfer, il était visiblement en très mauvais état et on l'entendait de notre chambre qui était la plus éloignée... On a payé 40€ la première nuit et 50€ la deuxième, en général le prix est de 70€, beaucoup trop cher ! Le rapport qualité/prix se limite à 40€/chambre.
