Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some issues with the key card at first but they were resolved. No extractor fan in the bathroom so there was some mould which isn't ideal. Shower pressure was great, room was quiet but could have been cleaner. That being said I would stay here again.

It’s a good place to stay if you are going to be all day visiting Paris. A reasonable price, not at the heart of Paris but definitely well located to move on buses and metro to get to know the city.

Budget Paris Trip

We stayed here 23 years ago, decided to come back again, the Hotel still offers good budget accommodation in a nice area, the rooms are spacious and clean. The man on reception was charming and helpful, every chance will will come come back again.

It was my friends and I first time in Paris and we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean, staff was helpful and nice. Had no issues with the room. Great for the price! Would recommend and go back!

Very near to Gare de Bercy by taking the bus about 15 minutes and gare de Lyon in 20 minutes or taking the Metro 8 about few minutes of walking. The Bois de Vincennes park within 10 minutes of walking. The front desk are very helpful , very nice people. I will come back again.

Great value and very kind and professional staff

We stayed at this hotel to be closer to one if the Olympic venues. The staff here are incredible and really do everything in their power to meet customers’ needs. They probably need to update their AC units in the rooms as they didn’t work well. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. There is a cute walking street nearby in Charenton-Sur-Pont which has some good restaurants and an artisanal Boulangerie.

For the price of the room, the facilities and other service in the hotel were OK. However, the floor was really dirty and the walls and desk weren't really clean, which really devalued the room. We only had a short stay in Paris, so it was OK for us.

Excellent budget hotel

The receptionist at check in was really nice, we were early and she allowed us to put our luggage somewhere safe and to use the facilities while our room was being prepared. She even arranged for our room to be finished early, cannot ask for better service she was lovely. The room was good, we had 2 single beds and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with a double bed. Sharing a room with 2 teenage boys is never fun so it was nice to have some privacy for all of us. It was a bit run down and dated and very warm, the fan provided took the edge off but it was very noisy. We realised in the morning that there were no coffee making facilities in the room either which let it down a bit. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. For the price I paid I really can’t complain, it’s a great budget room with a short walk to the metro and into town. Would stay again but in the winter with a coffee machine!
