The Space:
Welcome to this charming 55 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue des Deux Ponts in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Master bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower/bathtub and a separate WC.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Fantastic location, absolutely amazing. The apartment is just as described with one important caveat - at 197cm (6'6") I had to duck constantly. Still great, no regrets. Loved everything about it.

We enjoyed our stay. A fantastic location!
It's not for those with mobility challenges. As mentioned in the listing, it's on the fourth floor and there isn't an elevator. Some parts of the stairs are challenging to navigate as there are some tight corner turns with narrow steps.
Also, if you're tall (over 5'10") watch out as there are places in the apartment where you might hit your head. I'm 6'0" and had to duck in multiple places.
The key pickup and drop off location is not close, but it was fine for us as the weather was good.
There is no air conditioning, but the weather was quite pleasant during our stay (in April) and windows open easily.
The agreement that must be accepted when paying the damage deposit (which must be paid directly to the property manager) is very long.
The property manager was very responsive and helpful with my inquiries.
Overall, we had a good experience and I recommend this property if it suits your needs.
