Ideally located last floor duplex with exceptional view on Eiffel Tower & Seine

This unique duplex, on the top floor of a modern tower with a breathtaking view of all of Paris, is close to all tourist sites (Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars), amenities (Beaugrenelle Center), and public transportation (metro lines 10 & 6, RER C), making it easy to plan your visit. It is also very quiet, being on the top floor of a secure tower with concierge services. The added bonus: a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine!
The first floor consists of a large entrance that leads to a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. A quiet area with a library and desk is adjacent. You will have a magnificent view overlooking the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The lower floor also includes a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer) and a toilet with a sink.
The staircase is secured with barriers at both the top and bottom for the safety of small children.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: a child's room (twin bed and a inflated queen mattress), a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub that has a view on the Eiffel Tower. The floor is completed by a shower room and an independent toilet with a sink.
