This is an excellent budget hotel and staying in the family room was quite clean and very spacious. Very accommodating staff and would definitely stay here again.

Very basic hotel

An avarage hotel for a short stay in Paris. Don't expect much. A very basic hotel, only for night stay and go. Old hotel and without kettle, towel hangers and unfortunately dark and insufficient lightning. I'd definitely prefer another hotel for comfort, but it is very central opposite to the Robespierre metro station and the neighbourhood is multicultural which was very interesting for me. There are lots of markets nearby and also a supermarket and a nice bakery and park, also very nice cafes, bars and restaurants around. The best thing I remember about the hotel was its very closeness to Vincennes which is really a very stylish French area.

Clean room near metro station

Hotel is located near metro but there is only one escalator in this station. Main street is a bit noisy. Restaurants have various ethnic backgrounds. Two blocks away there are nice cafes, patisserie, wine shop and market square. Evening front desk lady was super helpful. Just ask hair dryer or hot water. Rooms have tv but no safe, fridge nor water pan. Bed was good and room was very clean. There is carpet. Room is very humid during rainy day. There is no a/c. Toilet was very small and shelf was loose so there was no place to lay your stuff. I think this is ok hotel as Paris standard and good with this price.

Inexpensive very European hotel that is close to the Metro so that one can enjoy all the amenities that Paris has to offer. It is hard to rate this hotel. Overall it was clean and staff was accommodating. The carpets in my room were very stained, but traveling with a dog it made me less worried about her. I had to pay a pet deposit and when I left, they checked the room and said my dog soiled the carpet. I told them she did not and I was glad to share the photos when we got there. I received my €50.00 back. There is no AC and the street is noisy with the apartments across the way able to see in. Made it hard to have the windows open at night to keep cool. There is a tiny 1 person lift that I barely fit into with my large backpack. The little things that baffled me were mostly the European way vs America. Overall, it worked out and I loved my time in Paris.

Older style hotel, generally well kept. No air conditioning- probably not normally an issue but was a bit hot this season. VERY Easy access to the Metro. VERY Good if you aren’t traveling by car; a bit of a walk to most tourist points.

Pros: Accommodation is very near to train/Metro station. That’s the only good part. Cons: Lift is so small that if you have claustrophobia, you’ll not even go in. All pictures on the portals are photoshopped, rooms are very old looking. Tiles are out in the bathroom, you can’t sit on the toilet seat if you have long legs, paint on the walls is coming out from so many places. Please check the pictures.

Horrible experience! Please never ever book this property. Wifi is not working, no air conditioning. Very hot, no way can stay there. My family (with my 3 kids) had just checked on Jun 22 and then we decided to leave. The kids cannot stay there at all. Room has bug spray smell. We were told to open the windows to keep cooler. The area and the public transportation are not safe! I talked to front desk and told them that the room conditions is not what we expected, too hot and wifi is not working. The told me they will do the refund. Then we left! But until now…already June 27…we haven’t got refund at all. We booked through Expedia , trying to connect with them, but no one pick up phone, no one reply email. On the website says there is shuttle at airport for pick up, however, there is none.

Le personnel est sympa mais les chambres laissent carrément à désirer, en tout cas celle que j’ai eu pour la nuit. Télécommande de télé qui ne marche pas, volet roulant cassé à mi hauteur donc pas possible de le baisser ou lever ((heureusement il y a ales rideaux), poignée de fenêtre à moitié morte, pas de cache aux prises, douche à l’ancienne avec rideau plastique donc inondation salle de bain apee relancé douche, tuyau d’eau fuyard….

Le personnel (surtout a l'accueil) n'est pas, on peut le dire, très aimable. Quand vous sortez de l'hôtel, il faut laisser la clef a l'accueil. Quand vous revenez, il faut demander votre clef. Quand vous sortez pour aller manger, si vous revenez, il faut appuyer sur un bouton. La le réceptionniste vous ouvre la porte. La porte ne s'ouvre pas automatiquement. Franchement ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommande. Il y a mieux pour le même prix ailleurs.

Hotel bien situé, très proche du métro et la chmabre est propre. En revanche très peu d'isolation que ce soit entre les chambres ou avec le boulevard. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée, réparée par un morceau de scotch marron. Le pommeau de douche fuyait assez fortement.

La chambre était propre mais la salle de douche et les toilettes sans lunettes ni abattant sur la cuvette des WC pas de tablette au dessus du lavabo pour pouvoir poser les affaires de toilettes. Deuxième fois que nous devons demander une deuxième serviette. Malgré le double vitrage hôtel très bruyant. Sinon personnel agréable.
