The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The metro is just a few steps outside the door of the hotel and very convenient for day travel around the city.

La struttura è moderna, bellissima ed è conveniente perche si trova vicino alla fermata della metro che ti porta ovunque. Il personale è simpatico ed è al servizio per qualsiasi cosa. In modo piu specifico vorrei ringraziare Fabio, un uomo molto sincero e super disponibile per noi italiani, ci ha consigliato tutti i posti dove muoverci e andare a mangiare. Consiglio questa struttura per la mia magnifica esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente❤️❤️

Room was beautiful. A lot of hotel seems to be getting upgrades. Area is a little further out but Metro is close by. Staff needs more training. Old building with very minimal amenities.

The staff was very rude, waited over 2 hours to get a room. The lights in the room kept flickering and turning on and off. Terrible stay.

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! I’ll get the negative out of the way first. If you are looking for a hotel with a “classic Paris view” this is not that. However everything else was wonderful! The hotel was cheap and very nice for the price! I traveled solo, I had a king sized bed, wonderful shower and bathroom amenities! Right out front you have access to the trains which handles transportation for you but most things in the area are walkable! Museè D’Orsay was around 20 minutes away by walking!

We loved this area. We stayed on the third floor which came with a balcony, I saw reviews saying you don’t get what you see but it just depends on the package you buy. In our case we got the balcony with the double room. Everything was renovated and new. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t running the first night but we brought it up to the staff and they were able to fix it. The massage tub did leak and did not massage however it was nice to sit in there to relax. Overall I loved being there we had thoughts about staying extra nights. Definitely recommend!!! You’ll love it here. Very convenient for the metro as well

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to Cite University campus which was less than 10 minutes walking up the street! It’s right at the M4 train station as well and very convenient. I took the train from the airport to arrive! I loved my small and cozy balcony room! I will miss it! The staff was pleasant and friendly! The hotel has recently changed ownership with a new name! I would have been confused had I not read a review before arriving! I was not aware of this change until then. It is now Bobos hotel. They also serve a small complimentary breakfast! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again…

Male cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room even though I told them not to clean it and also had a Do Not Distrub sign on the door. I was solo traveling and had the sign on the door when male staff just opened the door ignoring the sign and not knocking. Later, my credit card that was left in the room on the bed was used to make several chargers. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe with male cleaning staff having access to my room and coming in without knocking even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. He was eager to come into my room even though I told him not to several times. Very unconfortable experience.

L hôtel a été refait et les femmes de l accueil sont très sympas Les chambres sont propres mais sont très peu équipées ! : pas de tasses pour le café , pas de cuillères, pas de verres dans la salle de bains pour se laver les dents … et quand on en demande à accueil Il y en a pas , dommage Dommage pour un 4 étoiles

The bathroom was so small. They charged city tax more than what it was mentioned in expedia invoice. The breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel is good. It is just next to a train station.

Idéal Hotel est réservé aux services sociaux, donc non accessible aux particuliers. Nous sommes orientés vers l’hôtel Glam’s qui est très bien mais situé plus loin du métro, sans avoir été prévenus au préalable. La réservation par Internet devrait être supprimée car le client est trompé dans son attente.

騒音が...

パリ旅行のために宿泊。部屋は清潔、バスタブもあり内装も近代的で明るい感じ。朝食も悪くないが、3日間とも同じメニューであった。エレベーターが狭く、老朽化していて壊れそう。1人しか乗れないスペース。また、騒音あり。隣の人の声、廊下の声、全て漏れてくる。立地は良いが、付近の治安はやや不安あり。ローカルなエリアでありホームレスや物乞いもいる。スタッフの対応は、普通。とくべつのサービスは無い。客がいるのにフロントで友人らしき人物と長電話をしている従業員が見受けられて、全体的にやる気が無い。
