Clean, easy and close access to metro station, on a main street, breakfast is very good. Coffee is available all day after breakfast.

The property was very clean with modern facilities. My room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely and efficient, excellent water pressure. Floor corners in bathroom were spotless; no dirt or hair. Heater was perfect considering 39-degree weather outside. Gentlemen staff were polite and helpful. Women staff basically rude and dismissive; nasty attitudes for no reason. This matters. They should be replaced. Who needs their sh** early in the morning in a foreign country. They are the cause for only 3 stars.

The place is lovely, however the room smells a bit like wet dogs because they allow pets. And if you are like me and you cannot stand bad smells then please take air freshers. The room is a decent size and all 3 of us had space to move around. The only problem is there are not much storage or locker to hide your valuables. The locations is perfect is about 30 mins or less on the train to get to the centre of Paris. Staff were amazing honestly they are just kind, helpful and sweet. Bruno one of the lovely workers spoke my language which made it easier to communicate with him and it made me feel at home. The breakfast was awesome and there are lots of options. Overall is a lovely place to stay. The free coffee and water was a plus. Its great to see their efforts to save the planet by not giving their guest bottle water but instead they have a refillable machine for drinking water. Well done.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire place was clean, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was good. The only downside was that during my stay, the hotel was bustling with athletes who were there for a competition. As a result, it was quite crowded, which occasionally affected the overall ambiance and noise level. However, despite the extra activity, the staff managed everything efficiently and made sure guests were well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a clean and comfortable stay with such welcoming staff made our trip truly memorable.

When you compare price and the breakfast its simply very very disappointing very few options. I have stayed at this price all over Europe when I compare the breakfast it really bad at this facility.

Brilliant Stay
Super wonderful hotel! Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so lovely. Managed to check in and out with no problems :) Staff were superb and the room was great! Overall, really looked forward to come back to the hotel after a busy day of exploring!! :)) Thank you Ibis !!

Best location for easy access to services
First impressions not good but the hotel interior and location was ideal. Also apart from one member of staff everyone was very helpful. The hotel provides free hot drinks and water throughout. Busy with lots of tourists. The mangers were very good 👍 always at hand to provide lication information etc. I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is comfortable and clean with no frills, which is what you expect for the price. We had to change our room on arrival due to a terrible smell in the bathroom, but the hotel was very cooperative with the switch.

Budget hotel
I had booked a double room but the room was two single beds, staff had some difficulty finding a room with a double bed. So don't book if you want a romantic weekend in Paris! The room we got didn't have working air conditioning as there were no other rooms available we had a partial refund. Strange location of mirrors in the room. Room was not completely clean there were stray hairs. Big queues for breakfast allow 25 min to get your food. The hotel has thought a lot about eco friendly-ness but it then emails in advance and tells you to book a taxi via a link they send despite the hotel being right next to a Metro and tram station this would be more useful information. They have got rid of the bottled water good and refillable bottles not the small ones in the bathroom. Good service- they tried to put things right, were very polite and staff spoke English well. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good when you eventually got it!

Terrible service when we arrived. Only one person at the check in desk trying to overcharge guests from Romania. When asked if there is someone else who could help us as we were waiting 40min to be chcecked in, we heard 'No'.

Room too small for two people
Room was for 2 people in Twin beds. The room was clean, modern, and the bathroom was superb...but, the room was way too small for two people. For this reason the rating is a 7.5 not an 8.5.

Clean room. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful employees. Employees could be a bit more knowledgeable about the area. Room cleaners entered the room although I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Also, buy 1 pression, get one free during Happy Hour was not valid as the tap did not work

Hôtel Okay. Parking issues. Hard to find
Stay was okay but parking was horrible. Paid at hôtel 25euros. Ticket they gave me didn’t work so in orders to exit, I had to pay 31.50 Euros. Finding the entrance to the parking early AM in the dark was a nightmare. Staff at hôtel didn’t help with my issue and didn’t seem to care. Besides that hôtel was fine.

Excellent stay; beware COVID “Pass Sanitaire.”
Very friendly & efficient service. Good breakfast buffet included in price. Everything spotless. Less than 2 blocks from Métro. Groceries and meal options within 3 blocks. Took the RER from CDG airport to Cité Universitaire stop and Uber to hotel for 18 euros total, vs 56+ in a taxi. Warning (10/06/21); be very sure to have your COVID Pass Sanitaire in place (on cellphone) before arrival. You can’t go to a museum or restaurant without it, and it is a MAJOR hassle to get one in France. Tip: If necessary, you may be able to get an emergency pass valid for 72 hours at the Pharmacie de la Madeleine.
