V convenient location near metro across the street from Canal with restos shopping. Very nice staff. Clean. Don't expect luxury, but this is an excellent value for Paris from an international hospitality brand.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are a somewhat decent size for a short stay. Room facilities were average… bad hairdryer, small tv, no ironing board. But overall, a pleasant stay

Clean and acceptable but no extra pillows

Overall stay was good. Staff helpful and room perfectly clean and quiet. Only complaint was I asked for an extra pillow and was told this wasn’t possible (3 pillows in the room for 2 people). Room quite small but manageable.

Lovely location and noce staff, but Accorngeoup really cocked up: phone not working, internet not working, engineer entering my room without even knocking at the door while I was in... The hotel manager apologised, it was not her fault, but it still resulted in a far from ideal stay

Great value, great location, great hotel

Great hotel, right on the Canal St Martin and close to Metro and Gare du Nord. Room was fabulous (for Paris), reception staff lovely, breakfast excellent, great value for the price. Certainly one to recommend.

The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

Stayed for a long weekend break. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained, as with all the other parts of the hotel we used. Breakfast was well stocked with a good selection. Baggage storage facility was very helpful and made it simple to arrive by train early morning and go explore Paris as the hotel was quick walking distance from the Gare du Nord station. Would use this hotel again without hesitation.
