Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel propre et très bien entretenu. Chambre un peu petite mais tout à fait fonctionnelle. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. 6 étages desservis par un ascenseur. Le personnel est très aimable et agréable.

Hôtel très sympathique

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable. Je m’y suis sentie comme dans un cocon. J’ai bien aimé la possibilité d’un en-cas ( copieux qui plus est ) à n’importe quelle heure et vu mon retour tardif à l’hôtel c’était appréciable. L’hôtel est aussi à 10 min à pied de la Seine Musicale , donc chose très aisée et pratique quand il y a un spectacle à aller voir comme c’était le cas pour moi.

Entrée de l'hotel refusée apres réservation

Suite à un imprévu avec nounou, j'arrive avec mes 2 enfants en bas age pour une chambre soi-disant de 2 personnes. On me refuse l'acces à l'hôtel pour des raisons de sécurité. C'est vrai que laisser à 10h du soir 2 enfants en bas âge dans la rue, on est au top en terme de sécurité. Aucun solution proposée, ni aucun remboursement. Merci Ibis !!!
