Don’t be fooled because of the reception.
The rooms was very dirty. The to was full of dust. The toilet was terribly dirty. The corridor carpets was very dirty. Seems like only the receptionist was nice and clean. Reception looks amazing but when you start walking to the rooms you will definitely be disappointed.

At check in there was only one towel for double occupancy We had to approach counter for added towel Not sure if its hotels’ standard for not providing bath mats and handtowels as they were also not available Heavy conversations ( not able to identify if they were guests or staff) nightly at the hotel driveway till past midnight . We sleep with the window open as such it became a noisy disturbance because our room was on level 3 On the second day we returned to the hotel at 10.30 pm and our room was not made up. The sign ‘you may come in’ was still left on the door We had to approach the counter to inform that room was not done and asked for replacement towels Towels were immediately handed over but no explanation nor apology extended

No air conditioner and limited fans. No comfortable under hot weather. Bad customer service experience. No ways to contact the hotel after I left a music box. Unable to find few days later when we back to the hotel.

Overall basic accommodation for price
The hotel was as expected. It was clean and basic but the wooden headboard on the bunk bed had not been secured to the wall properly and fell on my daughter as she was laying in the bed. There was also a wire coming from the headboard. The reception staff were told and shown the issue and an offer to move rooms was made but at 10:30pm it wasn’t ideal as children were tired.

It is a really nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking, close to the tram station if you want to travel to central Paris.

“Interesting” smell experience
It was awful! People barely speak English, it was even hard to check in or check out. The rooms smell bad and the hallway as well, the rooms smell like cigarette, even the bathroom. The entire experience there was very poor!

If you've been to one of ibis budget hotel, it was exactly like that. :) 1. The room was cleaned daily, but the sheets were changed once a week, as far as I noticed. We also got daily clean towels. 2. The check in was quick and easy. The check out was even better, because there is an option to pay 5 euros to stay 2 hrs past the checkout time, or 10, for 4. This helped us a lot having the flight later in the evening. 3. We didn't try the breakfast, but there was a touch screen in the lobby with a few restaurants that deliver. 4. There were a few receptionists. Half of them spoke English, half of them didn't, but they were all very patient, so there were no issues. 5. The room was very well heated, with a private shower and a private bathroom. 6. As far as public transport goes, there are plenty of options within a few dozen meters after leaving the hotel grounds. The ride to the center is around 45 to 1hr 15 minutes, depending on which rides you take (t6, then m13, or, 379 then rer B, or, 190 then rer b). Bolt is also an option, and it will cost you around 25eur from the hotel door, to mostly anywhere in the city.

Hotel located in the middle of motorways and commercial center. Nice late check in Cheap hotel, not in mint condition but still ok. We didn't felt very welcome at breakfast as apparently there wasn't enough food ordered for all guests

Not worth for the money! Bad Maintenance
The flush in the restroom wasn't working. Even after repeated raising the concern with receptionist.None from the hotel turned up to sort this out for the whole day. It was such a mess.

How embarrassing ! We arrived to an industrial estate (not mentioned anywhere on the advert) to a pokey room (looks nothing like the photos) stained bed sheets also with rips, daudou rail falling off, shower made the floor wet, toilet paper was enough to ruin anyone’s private’s ! Couldn’t turn the tele to English, no where did it say the toilet and shower had hardly any privacy! The towels were as big as flannels ! The breakfast wow ! €19 for a bowl of fruit, bread and a cuppa ! Woken up both mornings at 6am and 8am to the sound of building works! We was so disgusted with this hotel we decided to get flights home early ! Terrible place and terrible area ! Also terrible adverts as nothing was as it showed on the photos !

Close spot on the outskirts of Paris.
We chose this hotel due to its closeness to Paris and the availability of a parking spot. The service, staff and amenities are 100% up to standard. I’d always recomend it.
