Clean room. Amenities poor. No hair in room. Must ask at front desk who warns you of 1 hour use maximum and must return to front desk. I was asked to leave my ID at front until I returned the hair dryer to front desk . Being in a foreign country, I refused to leave my ID. Staff became arrogant and refused to lend me the hair dryer. Not impressed. Also the room was not done(garbage emptied& making bed)) not done. Pleasant but nice to have food market close. Mich

Good value hotel not far from the Gare du Nord. Right on a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise from cars/bikes with loud exhasts and people singing outside of window - but this was probably just because it was a Friday night and I'm a light sleeper! The room was clean and adequate for a night before travelling on elsewhere. We were really impressed with the breakfast - lots of choice!

The front desk staff were excellent, however we were quite disappointed in the room. Much smaller than expected, no privacy for the washroom (challenging when traveling with kids). Bathroom light was a sensor that didn’t work sometimes, so we had to use our cellphone light. And there were little bugs/possibly ants randomly through the room. Few stains on the wall, and just a sense of unclean. I wouldn’t stay there again, but would try another IBIS in the future.

Great vslue for money. Hotel is clean, room was nice and warm with aircon/heating to set up a temperature. Only 3 metro stops from Gare du Nord. Metro just a few minutes walk from hotel. Next to the entrance to the hotel there is a supermarket Carrefour (located in the same building) Breakfast was delicious! You can leave your bags in the locker on check out and collect them later, which was very convenient. We can recomment local restaurant La Piccola Sicilia, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Great pizza!

Quite a distance from the main areas and the tourist attractions but i realised this when booking. The staff were lovely and helped out with any requests. Very friendly. Rooms were very basic and we found it quite hard

The rooms were clean. It was cleaned without fail. The location was good for us , however the rooms were a bit outdated looking very old. The staff were very helpful. From the staff in kitchen , housekeeping and even front of house was so good. Lobsang - the receptionist was so amazing to us and very very polite and helpful.

The room was very compact and reasonably clean. Towels were changed every day but the floor didn't seem to be swept when the room was cleaned. The air con was not working and as our room was on the main street we couldn't leave the window open due to the constant noise from the street below, so the room got a bit hot. There are shops and restaurants right next to the hotel and the metro station is only a few minutes of walking distance. The buffet breakfast was very good with various choices. Overall basic but reasonable hotel for short stays in Paris.

Would definitely recommend when on a budget

The hotel's location is excellent, close to shops/market and Metro. The staff is very nice, the room clean and with a good size/ensuite. The bed mattress and pillows were not very confortable, but were the average of what you would find on any hotel. It's a good price for the location and quality of stay

Good location close to the train stations Jaures and or Lumiere, a few restaurants around, mini markets, clean room, quiet. The only thing is the shower is not private, is in the middle of room, if you travel with friends they will have to wait outside. Everything else very good.

The staff were knowledgable, spoke English ( my french is poor) so needed this. There is a supermarche next door. There was no kettle or glasses in the room, so you may want to buy bottled water. Our room of the 5th floor was warm so had the heatimg on low. The metro 5 is 5 mins walk away. The hotel and area were quiet so no traffic noise. There is a beautiful park ( parc des buttes chaumont) less than 10 mins walk away, definitely worth a visit. Also 2 mins from the parc is boulangerie milligramme. The kind where the locals queue on a saturday morning.

This is a budget hotel and as such you expect a basic room, this is what you will get a very basic room. I was surprised however that the toilet is not really private, a gap in the bottom of the door, this may be an issue for some people. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is good and location is very good, about 10 minutes from one of two metro stations and very close to the canal for nice walks and restaurants and cafes. I would stay in this area again.
