Amazing stay. Everything about the place was incredible. The room was immaculate, excellent view. The service from Daniel on reception was above and beyond. Sofiane the concierge was so lovely and friendly. The location is ideal.

Easy walk from the train station and wonderful front desk staff. Room was perfect for our quick 2 nights in Paris during Olympics. We could hear the train going under the hotel but didn’t keep us awake. Would stay again.

Fantastic place

It was very nice place with helpful staff. I like its location and attitude and atmosphere. The only moment which caused some discomfort is condotioner. It was not very good, but all other aspects were fantastic. And I mark my living there by the highest rank

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris! They offered L’Occitane products for use & the staff was very accommodating. I am so pleased to have picked this during the Olympics! Also, the location is within walking distance to many sites & shopping, plus there is easy access to the metro/RER. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Comfortable, great atmosphere and location

The front desk staff are wonderful! Very friendly and kind staff, lots of free amenities and details such as unlimited water refills, coffee and tea, little sweets and hand sanitizer. They make you feel at home! Would def come back however: if you need to workout, the gym is bad. It is too small, there is no good ventilation and felt like asphyxiation every time we used it. The breakfast is not big enough for the price.

Ok accomodation for several days. Staff was friendly. Stayed at the top floor and had to use tight stairs for the last flight which is not easy with 20kg suitcases. Space in the room was just large enough for a small seating area and the bed. Location was incredible. Restaurants, shops and local attractions easily within 10 minutes walking distance.

Great room and amenities! I took the room “perfect for a solo traveller” and the bed was more than big enough for two. I enjoyed the special touches like the Occitane products, the flat and sparkling water, the Kusmi tea, the nice big pillows etc. The room was very clean and I have nothing bad to say about it!

Great Boutique hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights, great location and made to feel welcome with a hot drink on arrival. Staff friendly, lovely l’Occitane toiletries, nespresso machine and wide selection of tea. We were on the 5th floor, no problem with the lift. Comfortable room and large bathroom. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and local attractions. 10 minute bus from Gare du Nord to hotel. Had breakfast at the hotel on last day , great value and lots of choice. Complimentary hot drinks anytime and took advantage of the wine service in the lounge area, staff so friendly, warm and helpful we will definitely be back.

Lovely staff

When we first walked into the hotel it seemed a lot smaller than we had imagined, but very nicely decorated to feel somewhere between home and a good hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely as soon as we got there, and gave it a ‘family owned’ vibe that we really enjoyed. The location was great too, especially for visiting the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. We would recommend a nearby cafe called Braun Notes as well, which had a nice atmosphere and good food. We would go back to Hotel Touraine Opéra!

Absolutely impressed with this hotel. We booked last minute during the Olympics and were greeted with open arms. It was small but packed a punch. Very clean, modern facilities including a sauna. Incredible breakfast buffet, Which also included things like soya milk and gluten-free, and more fun options for the kids. The staff were very kind to my 2-year-old, and with storing our buggy. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I return to Paris.

This was a lovely cosy hotel close to several transport links and restaurants. We had lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful. We did not use many of the hotel facilities such as the spa and the free coffees in the lobby as we spent a lot of the time exploring Paris and eating at various local restaurants but I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. The only thing which might be an issue for taller people is the ceiling height/ shower height was a little low to stand up straight but otherwise the rooms were lovely and cosy for a few days in Paris

Staying at Hotel Touraine was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and graciously spoke English. The location was one of the best I could imagine. HTO contributed significantly to my Paris trip being a huge success.

Great location. EXCELLENT STAFF! Holy smokes! In particular Davide at the front desk and Sifian made our stay the most wonderful experience. The breakfast food was yummy and everyone working at the Hotel Touraine Opera went above and beyond. My sister and I had a marvellous time. Would definitely recommend!
