We had a negative interaction with a younger gentleman the last day of our stay. He was very rude and did not portray decent customer service. Our first 2 days were phenomenal. However, impressions with that particular gentlemen is why my original 5 stars turned into 3. I will not go back.

Je suis un habitué de l'établissement. Malheureusement cette fois ci la chambre reçue (la 11) a une vue horrible sur une cage d'escalier. De plus pas de mini bar. En fait pas de frigo du tout. J'ai du laisser qqes produits perso au frigo de la cuisine. Dommage
