To be avoided like the plague! Claustrophobic and below human standards. Lift is so old and only big enough for 1 person. Room wasnt cleaned throughout our stay. Each floor is the size of one big room divided into 3 cubical rooms so you could literally hear everybody on the floor as though they're sharing the room with you. Noisy all evening till way past midnight with doors banging and questionable clientele slamming doors and going in out of their rooms multiple times in the evening. At some point, around midnight, a group of African people congregated outside our room shouting and arguing in a foreign language in a way that left us unnerved and feeling unsafe. No staff members intervened to make it stop! All they seemed to be concerned about was asking guests first thing to pay citizen tax and on subsequent days if they were checking out. The neighbourhood, though conveniently located, close to the gare du nord with direct and quick links to the airport and central Paris, was also dodgy and we were warned by many to watch our personal belongings when walking around the hotel to avoid mugging or pick pocketing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children.

High low point was no hot water. Peeling paint on the walls generally not the cleanest. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to the train station and metro. Reception had trouble with English but friendly

The hotel did not mention how tiny the elevator . It’s close thigh for one c person . You can’t even rotate yourself if you have a bagpack . There’s no wifi that worked . They provide you with password that don’t worked . The bathroom is dirty and so small shower . It’s not suited for heavy person . The corner wall of the the room they gave me the paint is coming off . The small tv and the remote is not working . Theres always front desk that barely speak English . The location is located to a bar wher 2am the drunk people are so noisy . Tbere was construction going on in front of the building that construction worker until 3am . No aircondition and so many cigarettes seller every corner . I don’t pay attention. It’s close to train station. Over all . I didn’t expected what I said in here . There’s no receipts or any paper that provided that I stayed in this hotel for 6 days . They have a book only where lists of people who stays . And they gave you the card key . Any way I have no choice I stayed until my last day .

This hotel was absolutely not what was advertised. The elevator didn’t even fit more than one person, let alone any suitcases. When I got into the room, it was instantly disgusted with the state of the room. There were bugs flying everywhere, and there were stains all over the sheets and pillows. The shower was extremely small, barely enough room to fit, and towels were not given to us until we asked multiple times. In the middle of the night, a bug was crawling through the bed, and I was way too uncomfortable to sleep at all.

Warning!. This hotel is a dump. Stay away like if your life depends on it. We booked a quadruple room and when we arrived they did not have it. We were told there was a problem. They gave us a smaller room BUT we had prepaid for a quadruple. Then we were informed that the elevator was broken and the room was in the fifth floor. The room was not really suitable for renting. The shower plumbing was a mess. You could see the pipe sticking out on the wall with no shower head. A hose was connected to the faucet inside the tub. The tub was very deep, slippery and had no bars making it very unsafe. I had to only wash my hair bending over the tub with room temperature water because there was no hot water. We had no bath towels. Instead they gave us two hand towels. No toiletries were provided. The bed was very low and only had one sheet. No other bedding was provided for the cold nights. The plumbing was visible everywhere in the very small bathroom. On our first day there, the room was not cleaned so I had to go down to the third floor and asked the housekeeping lady to please give us towels and toilet paper. On our last day there we came back to the room and there was no electricity. The elevator was never fixed in the three days of our stay and we kept asking. The staircase was filthy and you could see the dust as you walked on it and it was stained with white spots at the third floor level. No credit was given to us for the difference of a smaller room. Stay away!

Not the best but the hotel will always get business because they are so close to Gare du Nord. Was given a single room but I booked a twin, so was given the wrong room type. House keepers apologised and opened the door 3 times whilst I was inside the room sleeping or watching tv. Forgot to replenish towels. Room lights and fridge does not work. Cleanliness was okay, thin walls can be woken up by other guests and slow internet.

The lift was not working, no battery in the safe. No tea facility in the room contrary to what was advertised. We have been refused late check out and the staff was very rude. He has no manner. No customer service knowledge. I will never stay in this hotel again and don’t advise anyone to come to this hotel.

Horrible - deliberately discarded reservation
Checked in at 5:00 PM and staff said hotel was completely oversold. Person behind the counter said reservation came in yesterday when that’s false I booked a reservation over one and a half weeks in advance and paid for it. Still waiting for refund. We had to fight for rebooking at another hotel which was not covered by hotels.com. Basically the person behind the counter said you are on your own . As A result we had to stay an hour away from the center city and lost a day of hotels.com benefits. This is a very inexcusable and unacceptable circumstance The Hotel management put us in.

Worst hotel in a decade of using hotels.com
Picked based on proximity to train station and early departure and having a double and two singles for the family... I knew it wasnt going to be 4 star, but shower door was missing, holes in the blanket, the safety rail on the bunk bed was broken, and my wife honestly didnt feel safe. Dont book this hotel, even if for a short overnight.

Two (2) sq feet (LengthX Width) lift to carry you and your luggage. cant even accomodateone person & and a cheak in size luggage. 2. 12 Sq feet room including toilet.( barly any space to keep luggage & ypur movement. 3.Wet towels provided , replaced by dirty towels bath cabinet hardly allow you to move 3. Charging 7Euro for B/F, & Providing stuff less than 4 Euro

The only “ok” thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was really bad. I paid $150 for a $50 room. The sheets had stained spots, the floor of the room was wet, the bathroom had a bad smell, the beds and pillows uncomfortable.

Great location! Made our visit very low-stress
It was right next to the main train station and a CarreFour. We arrived early and concierge let us into our room anyway. The room was a little warm, but it was fine with the windows open. The bathroom was certainly close corners, but had everything you needed. Staircase was a little dirty, but that’s how carpeting in a stairwell frequently is. 10/10 would recommend on staff friendliness and location alone. Views from the hotel are attached.

I only booked this hotel as a last resort because none of the hotels I usually book were available(Women's World Cup, Rock Concert and a Pride March in Paris this week explain the lack of options on accommodation sites) The reception staff that greeted me was so very rude. It seems she was ready to get off shift so had no time to be polite... The hotel room was borderline acceptable, mattress was full of lumps and the towels left out for me on the bed were wet. Had someone used them before??Were they freshly washed and not dry??? God knows... The bathroom was completely disgusting, cigarette burn marks on the edge of the bathtub, mould covering the wall tiles and the ceiling...no soap or shower gel etc(luckily I always bring my own). Have the cleaners not heard of chlorine??? Even though i was desperate and absolutely had to travel to Paris these 2 days, hence choosing thissad little 2 star hotel. Don't be like me! The smallest room for 4 people. Very expensive. I got 2 towels with holes, I requested an extra blanket and they said NO (no explanation or questions asked) I had to ask for toilet paper... the room was not clean the first night. The following nights the bathroom was never cleaned and if they did we couldn’t tell.

The hotel itself was nice small and have a kind of homely feeling to it. However we were disappointed as my older family members are disabled and used aides to help them walk etc. But the lift at this hotel wasn't working and they had to walk up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was horrendous and painful for them both. But apart from that the rest of the stay was comfortable.

Personnel incompétent, à chaque question posée, réponse « je sais pas faut que je me renseigne » etc, attente interminable avec des enfants en bas âge pour avoir une simple réponse c’est la croix et la bannière. Chambre très sale. Pas de télécommande pour la TV, nous avons attendu presque 3h qu’on nous l’a donne. Erreur de chambre, on me dit vous êtes à l’a numéro 3 ? Non je suis à la 1. impossible vous êtes à la 3. Non je suis au premier étage à la 1. Le gars me hurle presque dessus en disant qu’on est pas dans la bonne chambre ! Sauf que moi je me mets dans la chambre qu’on me donne. Point. Petit déjeuner hors de prix pour n’avoir rien à manger. La Croix et la bannière pour avoir un simple café au distributeur il faut leur demander, attendre, attendre et encore attendre et suivant le client ce n’est pas le même prix (prix différent entre mon conjoint et moi). Frigo dans la chambre HS et moisi. Lit superposé mal boulonné. Pas de parking. Ascenseur très très petit (enceinte je n’ai pas pu rentrer avec ma grande). Et j’en passe et des meilleurs. Bref je barre cet hôtel de ma liste nous n’y retournerons jamais.
