The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was at a convenient location. The hotel is very old, the rooms are very small and needs remodel very bad. The staircase were dark and rundown.

This hotel is in a great location within the walking distance to famous landmarks and metro right by the entrance. If you are planning on staying there you do need to specify what kind of room you would like to have because some of them do not have any city views.

The location is very good and it's a good place to just stay. Being able to walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees was fantastic. But, the amenities were too few and I wish there were tissues…

Decent hotel for the price. Definitely 3 star quality...not exceptional but served its purpose. Loved that I could check in at noon after a red eye flight. Staff for the most part were friendly with the exception of 1 staff member correcting my french in a bit of a rude manner. I genuinely tried my best with my limited language. The rooms are very basic but very clean and offer mini fridges which is nice for a few groceries. Very close to arc de triomphe and walkable to eiffel tower which was great for tourists. I stayed at the courtyard level which is also where the breakfast is served. Very quiet aside from about 6:30am-10:30am when breakfast is served. Fortunately, jetlag had me unbothered but good to note and maybe request a room on an upper level. Overall a fine stay. I got what I paid for which was a bed and what I felt was a safe accommodation.

One night solo stay

I stayed there for one night. They have a luggage storage facility, which was very convenient for me as I arrived well ahead of the regular check-in time. The best thing about the place is the location - right beside the train station and 5 5-minute walk from Arc de triumph. I loved it. I had business in Lyon, so I stayed there for one night to explore some popular attractions in pairs. I believe if you are traveling solo and looking for an affordable accommodation, this place is perfect for a few night stay. The rooms were clean and perfect for one person.

We enjoyed a very peaceful and quiet stay of 4 nights. It just yards to the metro Station of Argentine. And 5 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. It’s just a simple basic hotel for the money. The room and bathroom etc were all clean. The Staff were pleasant etc. We would stay there again.

No elevator, you have to leave the keys at the front desk when leaving, staff at the front desk was not always willing to help and the bed was not comfortable at all. Although our experience at the hotel wasn’t the best, the location is really good!

Unfortunately all bar one staff member was pleasant, very run down hotel, needs a lot of work, broken toilet seat, damaged hairdryer: stuck together with tape, broken light. Issues over breakfast- one croissant between two even though I paid for two breakfasts. Only good thing is location

Very convenient location for Arc de Triomphe. I felt the person at the desk was a little bit abrupt. Maybe because my French was limited and his English was equally limited, we had trouble communicating effectively.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was okay. Not the best kept (stained caulking and chipped paint) and often very noisy, but perfectly clean and fine. I did find it strange that I had to leave my key card with reception every time I went out; it was fine, but I've never experienced that before. It was a great option for a cheap, last minute stay very close to public transport and popular attractions. If you have mobility restrictions, make sure you double check where your room is because there wasn't an elevator, just a set of unlit stairs to get to my room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in hours early. There’s a lot of negative reviews for noise but I didn’t feel like it was any louder than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no elevator, it’s an older hotel, but recently renovated. They have usb charging ports so you don’t need an adapter. The rooms are small but I wasn’t doing anything but showering and sleeping. The staff speaks English if your French isn’t up to par. Overall I’d stay here again just for location and convenience! The staff even offered me a free breakfast at check out. I know there’s a lot of negative reviews but for a 3 star hotel, it’s giving five stars!
