Perfection. Wonderful staff and property, location, amenities, room comfort, design. Great value too. The room decor was stunning and we just could not have improved on anything. absolutely perfect for this mom and teen traveling during a heat wave! Highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival we were able to keep our luggage with the staff until our room was ready. Once we came back for check in we were told our room was still not ready. Luckily they were finishing cleaning the room so it took about 30 minutes to wait. Overall the staff were so kind and helpful and apologized deeply for the minor inconvenience. The room and view were absolutely amazing. Great location and view of the Notre Dame with amazing food and close proximity to the metro. We have stayed in Paris numerous times and we would absolutely come back to this hotel. The room was perfectly clean, the AC was amazing, and the bathrooms were spotless and stocked with plenty of towels. 10/10 hotel- would absolutely recommend for couples!

This hotel is very centrally located, diagonally across from Notre Dame, The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the hotel had A/C which I was grateful for given the heatwave. The elevator/ lift was not in service during my stay which was not ideal, but the staff was kind enough to help me up to my room (on the top floor) and back downstairs with my luggage. Just to note that the stairs are spiral, so can be a little tricky to navigate.

STAIRS. There is an elevator but you have to carry your bags up a flight to the lobby. The staff will help, but be aware. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Gorgeous view of Notre Dame from rooms and the lobby/breakfast room. Location is great. Can walk to many attractions. Would stay there again.
