Great location and clean for the price.

A little small but perfect! Staff was great breakfast was delicious. They held our luggage after checkout which was so convenient for us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, with easy access to several metro stations, or perfectly walkable if you would prefer to avoid the metro. Plenty of restaurants around and the hotel itself was lovely, with Stefan providing us recommendations and explaining how to access each area of the city.

AC was great during the heat wave. The hotel was well located, had grocery stores and bakeries near by, the room was clean and the front desk was helpful. Only issue was the shower doors weren’t sealed so water pooled on the floor during the shower, but that was an easy towel up. I will definitely stay again.

After a late arrival we were welcomed by a very friendly staff member who went out of his way to assist us. Room was clean and quiet and perfect for a one night stay pending further travel.

Was in Paris for 6 days for work/ friends trip. Hotel Glassglow was safe and in a central, good area. It is located in a small street, not a main one and gave us more privacy and less noise. The hotel staff cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. The AC actually worked and was great. Bed was really comfortable too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Nous avons trouvé facilement l hôtel.Proche des stations de métro et du bus, très bien situé dans une rue calme.Restaurant Indien que je recommande juste en face.Chambre et douche très petites, mais très propres.Attention,il n y a pas de bouilloire dans les chambres à disposition.Il est possible le matin de prendre juste un thé ou chocolat par exemple 6 e en tout pour les 2.Le petit déj est complet pour 15 e.A 20 min en bus de l arc de triomphe.Je recommande cet hôtel.

J’ai payé 120€ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel, pensant passer un séjour agréable à Paris. Quelle déception à l’arrivée ! Le réceptionniste m’annonce qu’ils ont fait une erreur de réservation : la chambre que j’avais réservée n’est tout simplement plus disponible. Non seulement aucune excuse sincère ne m’a été présentée, mais le réceptionniste m’a proposé une chambre de gamme supérieure avec une attitude limite désagréable, comme s’il me faisait une faveur, alors que c’est leur faute à 100% ! Quand on vend un service à ce prix-là, le minimum, c’est de respecter la réservation et de traiter ses clients avec respect. Très mauvaise première impression. Je ne reviendrai pas, et je ne recommande pas.
