Great value for money, safe and convenient area. The staff was very kind and even kept our luggage after check-out. The noise between rooms is quite noticeable, but overall, for a weekend in Paris, the experience was excellent

La chambre était vaste et confortable, mais les rideaux n’Occult pas les fenêtres qui de se fait manquer d’intimité et laissez passer le jour et surtout la lumière du réverbère juste en face de l’hôtel. Problème aussi d’insonorisation entre les chambres, où l’on profite, amplement des ronflements du voisin.

Lovely friendly staff, really helpful for all queries and spoke good English. Very clean rooms. Carpet a bit worn but didn’t bother us. There was a towel warmer and aircon. Hotel can be quite noisy, walls thin/other guests not considerate so something to consider if you are a light sleeper, we could hear the lift voice from inside our room, people talking next door, hear chairs scraping against the floor upstairs. When you leave the room, there is also a loud buzzing noise if you accidentally leave the key in before opening the door which happens even if late at night and won’t stop till you remove the key/close the door. Even if you remove the key before opening the door, it will go off for 1-2seconds. We got the hang of it eventually but can be disarming. Breakfast was good, simple, everything you’d want but the first day there was no other fruit except oranges.

Correct mais mal insonorisé et wifi pas terrible

La chambre en rez de chaussée est vraiment pas top. C'est très bruyant (accueil, ménage, etc). Réveil à 6h du mat le samedi par quelqu'un qui avait un haut parleur... De plus on capte très mal en rdc et le wifi étant vraiment très mauvais il est difficile d'avoir une bonne connexion. Sinon chambre propre (mais quelques fourmis). Douche pas top (flexible qui fuit, porte qui se ferme pas entièrement). Sinon l'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien, dans une petite rue tranquille mais avec une offre complète de restauration et le métro à proximité

Très bon hôtel calme et proche du métro

Hôtel dans une petite rue calme. Charme de l'ancien et équipements sanitaires récents et en bon état Mauvaise insonorisation interne de l'hôtel avec notamment parquet qui craque. Il y a une alarme quand on ouvre la porte et qu'on a la carte insérée à l'intérieur : gênant pour les voisins !! Dommage que le papier peint soit de mauvais goût sinon l'aménagement de la chambre aurait été parfait J'étais à côté d'une chambre avec un enfant en bas âge, difficile de dormir

J'ai pris le temps de répondre pour ne pas laisser éclater ma colère. J'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel pour annuler la chambre vu les derniers évènements.Pas de problème m'a-t-il été répondu sauf que mon compte été débité de 110 €. La raison ? J'aurais dû prévenir Hotels.com. Pour cela, il aurait fallu le savoir et que l'hôtel me prévienne de cette façon de procéder. J'ai payé pour savoir.

Good stay overall

Friendly staff, appreciate the luggage service being able to drop-off belongings before check-in time at no additional cost, close to metro stations, fast Wi-Fi, clean comfortable room and bed. Good stay overall. Only issues are the incorrect description stating room with balcony and fireplace which the room had neither and housekeeping leaving the room windows to the garden wide-open which being on the ground floor could've resulted in room and belongings being accessed. The above issues were brought to the attention of the on-site staff; balcony was said to be the view into the hotel garden, was told the fireplaces were not working anyways, and they'll talk with housekeeping to be more careful with leaving windows opened.
