Sehr runtergekommen, defekter Fahrstuhl und keine interesse es reparieren zu lassen, ist auch schon länger kaputt. Einfach alles Katastrophal. Fensterblick direkt in ein fremdes Zimmer oder auf ein Hauswand. Nie wieder!!!!

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour. La chambre était infestée de cafards ainsi que d'autres insectes, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. De plus, la salle de bain présentait d'importantes traces de moisissure sur les murs et les joints. Cette situation soulève de sérieuses préoccupations en matière d'hygiène et de santé, car l'exposition à la moisissure peut provoquer des problèmes respiratoires et d'autres effets néfastes. Les conditions de la chambre étaient insalubres et ne correspondaient pas aux standards attendus d'un hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et j'espère que des mesures seront prises rapidement pour remédier à ces problèmes.

Juste le nécessaire, c'est-à-dire pouvoir dormir et se laver mais état de la chambre dégradé : fenêtre ne ferme pas, sol en fin de vie miroirs oxydés et mal fixés. Cependant, personnel très sympathique, souriant, disponible...c'est vraiment le côté positif de l'hôtel + la conciergerie des bagages. La localusation géographique est très bien : gare du Nord/ métro/ commerces / vie de quartier.

le point positif proche de la gare de l est et le prix pour 1 nuit!!sinon la chasse d eau cassée le sol qui bouge un spot du plafond qui manque donc 1 trou!! pas de telecommande de tv l unique prise de courant sous la table de nuit l ensemble a renover !! et j ai appelé tous les jours et envoyé 2 mail pour prevenir 1 arrivée tardive pas de reponse

La habitación es cómoda, con las cosas necesarias para pasar la estancia, agregaría una secadora de pelo, el hotel es antiguo y cuenta con todo lo necesario. La atención del personas es muy amable, ya e visitado 2 veces ese hotel y los seguiré teniendo en cuenta para mis próximos viajes... No le pongo 5 estrellas por que en esta ocasión me toco tener que matar Cucaracha en la habitación en 2 ocasiones

É o único hotel que se deixar a plaquinha do lado de fora para limpar o quarto, eles não limpam porque a equipe de limpeza não entende o que está escrito. Das nossas 4 diárias, nosso quarto foi limpo em apenas um dia. A cortina do banheiro está suja, com mofo e parece que nunca foi lavada.

Chambre complètement délabré, 14 degrés dans la chambre . Avec notre fille de 6 ans autant dire que c’est plus que limite . Humidité partout dans la chambre . Une seule prise dans la chambre donc il faut choisir , chauffage ou lampe de chevet . Aucune pression dans la douche et de l’eau à peine tiède . J’ai jamais vu ça !
