The good: It is in a great location, and I was able to book Last minute. The bad: I was not given a key for my room (they were having issues) perfect no problem, was only there to sleep anyway. The next morning the new concierge demanded a key.. when I said I wasn't given one, and he kept asking for it! Then he needed to check I had paid for the room even though I gave him all of my details which showed it was paid. I asked him to call his co worker from the night before. Eventually let me go. Would not return.

Fabulous location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Renovations were underway and unfortunately lift broke down for 3 days. We were up on 4th floor. They offered to change our rooms to a lower level. Couldnt fault the staff. Merci beaucoup.

Friendly staff. Very good location. Clean. Quiet. Only observation was the room was extremely small to the point of claustrophobic, although not unusual in Paris....I felt this particular room was a little too tight for me. The bathroom was a real squeeze. But this minor inconvenience was alleviated by the reasonable nightly rates for this central location.

Was briefly in Paris for a conference and this was an ideal location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice shower, comfortable bed, free functional WiFi. Well priced for what it offers.

Clean small hotel with really good personnel.
Some rooms cannot accessible by lift :(( Can be a hurdle for people over 50, just like me. But the personnel is really kind. They carried my bag to the room. Thanks to all guys working there.

Friendly Basics, some problems
As should be obvious, the rooms are tiny. The designers tried to be efficient, but some details were dumb. For example, reading lights and on/off switches were placed too far away on the bed headboard to reach from the bed. There is no small table to put a laptop. The main problem: a strong, loud exhaust fan in the bath running continuously and making a whistling noise. As a result my sleep was poor and I had to put in earplugs.

This hotel is in a perfect spot to visit everything. Close to many places to eat and convenience. I will stay here again when I visit again. Elevator and room is a little small, but its clean, safe and in walking distance of many things. I highly recommend.

Great location, near the metro and the Arc. Great place if you are going to be out all day sight seeing. The staff were friendly. Argentine is the nearest metro station about 100 yards from the Hotel.

Decoration work started at 5ish in the morning
Decoration work started at 6ish on the first day and 5ish on the second date. I was on the ground floor room facing the work. I struggled to sleep due to the noise from the work. I had to close the windows at all time. To make it worse, air conditioner stopped working on the 2nd date and it was one of the hottest day of this year. During my stay, there is no hot water.

Once you know the short-cut between the airport station and the Hotel you can be in your air-conditioned room within a matter of minutes and treat yourself to a hot shower then watch the sun set on the horizon whilst lying on one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever encoutered on my travels. The sound-proofed rooms mean that you would never know that across the busy motorway there are planes taking off and landing. The gratis tranport card also means that you are only a short bus or tram ride from the Lake and all it's attractions.

Quaint little hotel
I have read many of the reviews, here was experience. Place was easy to find, used google map and easy peasy. Should not be an issue for anyone. Check in was a great, lady working the counter greeted us with a great smile and was happy to help us. Check-in went well, no issues. Elevator is so small, not enough room for two people with their own luggage. Before you start to complain about this feature, remember how old the building is, when it was built and if they thought about the size back then. If this is your biggest worry, go somewhere else. Room was supper clean, well appointed, but small which we were ok with that as we are there only to sleep. Great neighborhood as only minutes to Arc. All in all, would I stay there again, for sure.

When we arrived, there was no one on the front desk. After waiting 15 minutes to be serviced, we were finally able to go up to our room, where we immediately found trash on the floor, pubes on the bed, and faeces stains on the toilet. We asked to be moved into another room, and the reception refused to do it as well as refusing even to clean the room. After a lengthy phone call out third party hotel booking site, we were finally moved to another cleaner room. The next day, however, after a tiring day, they failed to clean it and we were left with dirty towels and an unmade bed. Extremely unsatisfied, would not recommend.

Only issues with this hotel were with bathroom door which didn't close properly and toilet didn't flush very easily. Ok for one night but wouldn't want to spend any longer than that!

It is a small hotel on a very good Location. Metro station line 1 is very close to the hotel so it is very Well connected to the town centre. Arc de tTriomphe is 5 minutes away by walking and in 20 minutes walking you can arrive to the Eiffel tower. Walking distance to the port Maillot station is a plus too. There is a small supermarket next door to the hotel sa well as couple of places to eat. Rooms are renovated and clean but basic, good enough If you plan to spend the day out, like we did. There is an elevator in the hotel, the smallest one I've ever been in. Overall, quite good compared to other hotels with same price.

First, the location for the price is amazing, you are walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and all the subway lines that meet there. The hotel has friendly multilingual staff that will give you all the pointers you need. This is Paris, so the space has to be used efficiently. The room has a comfortable bed and bathroom, but not much space to put your luggage, specially 2 or more bags. My best advice is, they will offer breakfast but is not included, which was not clearly stated to me, it looked like it was complementary but then was billed for it when checking out. The breakfast is a piece of baguette, a croissant, choice of jams, nutella and juice or coffee for 9 euros. Think about it and make your decision when you check in.

A deceptively large hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe (200m), which is divided into a number of small blocks. Rooms are small but have all the necessities for a short business trip. Comfortable bed, decent shower/bathroom, but a tiny WC which might be a struggle for a large person. Wifi works well - enough to stream movies and do some work. TV is French only, not even BBC News - rather typical of small hotels in Europe. For the price, the hotel is excellent value for business trips and there are sufficient restaurants within 2-300m to satisfy most tastes. Breakfast is €9 and consists of bread and croissant with juice, nutella, honey, coffee, yoghurt. It isn't luxury, but it's perfectly comfortable and the staff are friendly enough ... and speak good English
